Hey guys, as we usually do for overseas performances and tours, feel free to share your experience with the tour, post pictures, everything goes.

If you are a member that did not participate on the tour beware that there will be obvious spoilers here that you do not want to see if you have not yet attended a concert of the tour. I am pretty big on the 'no spoilers' thing so please be aware of this! If you do not mind however, feel free to read and participate.

Post your stories below!

When I gave my gift to MAMI she said"oo!sugoii! arigatou" then I was so overwhelmed that my mind blacked out and I can't remember cleary what happen between that and when they played, and now I feel so sorry for RINA the was after MAMI...
I also think I made the most pathetic face ever, but luckily we(especially I) will never know

it's just a not-so-interesting(almost stupid and pointless) story, but I wrote it anyway so one day I can read this and remember again.
(as you can see remembering stuff it's not my best)

After the first hi  touch in Paris and Mami saw I was wearing her HELLO WORLD outfit she just said 'Mami' and pointed at me I was so happy that i totally don't remember if I  hi touched Haruna. I'm sure I did but my brain just blocked it out of my memory haha

Concert has ended and I have just reached home (could have been home earlier, but was charging my phone at flare's hotel room). Need to post first before i forget the minor details, to give myself a memory somewhere of the SG concert. Warning. This will be very long, because it will contain memories of almost everything that happened from arrival to end of concert. AND HUGE SPOILERS FOR NON-CONCERT GOERS, READ AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Spoiler:

SG concert started back at the airport during their arrival. One of the fans had prepared gifts (image in the SG thread) for them and were giving them out to some of us to pass to them. Important Point #1 for me: I volunteered to give it to RINA (of course) and managed to get a smile and thanks out from her when I gave her the gift. Small stuff, but having RINA give me a reaction was good enough for me

Some small unimportant stuff that I want to keep record of somewhere first, it's all a bit of personal stuff, so skip this if you want to.
Spoiler:
Concert day, I went out early in the morning to meet BB and others, realised I forgot to bring my concert ticket after meeting them and took a 1hour taxi home and back that costs SGD$44.50 (oh my god my wallet was screaming in pain). Met them again over at Sentosa instead about 8am.

Throughout the day the SH people were getting people to write messages on the banner that we brought to the airport on Thursday. Later about 5pm the organisers brought out an empty canvas as the "official" message board for the girls. Both sets end up getting completely filled, and the "unofficial banner was presented to the girls during the hi-touch.

About noon, news from BB was that the girls were at Starbucks. He admitted later that on hindsight announcing that was a bad idea, because at that moment a group of 7-8 of us (including me) headed over to Starbucks to see them. A few of them were taking photos until Eisuke stopped them. There were reactions from them when we called them a bit though, so that was good. There were also news somewhere that they also headed to Universal Studios in the morning. Nothing else eventful happened after that.

Approaching the concert time, someone asked to film the SH gang, asking for permission to use the footage for a SCANDAL documentary. We obliged of course, and Flare more or less became the spokesperson for the SH group thanks to him answering every question thrown towards us. Meanwhile, while queuing for merchandise we get treated to sneak previews of the concert during their rehearsal thanks to the open air concept

7pm: start of entrance. Everyone starts running in, nothing like I've ever seen before. Thanks to leaving my bag in Flare's room I managed to skip the bag check and grab a front row spot right between HARUNA and MAMI, where I can see RINA clearly and exactly in front of where RINA would be while playing Oyasumi. More on that later.

After a 1 hour wait, during which some people were calling out the names of the staff, concert starts. Love in Action, Satisfaction, DOLL. I more or less went full throttle the moment the first note is played, I was out of energy by the end of DOLL.
MC1 (might not be accurate, entirely based on memory): HARUNA starts talking about how hot the weather is (it's an outdoor venue), and whether it is always like this. Talks about playing even more exciting songs. Cue start of part 2

Shunkan, SCANDAL BABY, Kagen no Tsuki played. Huge pop for KnT here, probably because most people haven't heard it live yet. Towards the end I was really out of energy and was acting like a car on first gear with the accelerator floored.
MC2: Introduction of members (can't really remember if this was MC1 or 2, I might have swapped it around). Something else that I can't remember was said. Cue start of part 3

Onegai, Kan Biiru, Hon wo Yomu, Oyasumi played. Huge pops for all the songs, particularly for MAMI's and RINA's. MAMI forgot her lyrics somewhere during Hon wo Yomu, she had an embarrassed look on her face. Cue the encouraging cheers from the crowd. Huge cheers for RINA the moment she stepped away from her drum, and she looked super cute with the guitar. Important point #2 for me: During Oyasumi, the moment RINA started singing I literally cried, right in front of RINA. I was trying my best to wave along to her song, but I ended up grabbing my face 3/4 of the time trying to stop my tears from flowing, all the while still trying to sing along with her.
MC3: can't remember if they said anything important because I was still trying to control my tear ducts. I just remember they said they were going to play songs special to them. Cue start of part 4

Departure, TaiKimi, Yoake, Your Song and Image played. Extremely huge pop for Departure. The moment they started my tear ducts opened again, because this is the first song since Haruka (my first SCANDAL song) that has touched me so much, and which is currently 2nd on my top favourites after the aforementioned song. Again, I was grabbing my face half the time trying to reduce the tears.  End of main set, I immediately collapsed on the floor, waiting for their encore.

They return to the stage, they mentioned how it was raining earlier today. Cue start of first encore song: Rainy!! Woohoo!!Extremely huge pop for that. Wonder if they planned it all along or they decided to switch it last minute to match the weather. Any energy I recovered during the break was immediately expended. Final song ESY, more or less the standard reaction they receive, with me more or less already dying. SCANDAL finish the song, HARUNA holds up the official message board written by fans and RINA was holding the Singapore flag. Too cute to handle. All 4 of them then thanks the crowd

Hi touch session after that. In order: HARUNA>RINA>TOMOMI>MAMI. Told HARU saikou desu. IMPORTANT POINT #3: Told RINA I cried during Oyasumi in (most likely) gramatically incorrect Japanese (Oyasumi naitetta). She probably understood anyway, because her reaction was priceless. She had a huge genuine look of surprise on her face (with mouth covered), asked really? in Japanese, and replied with a huge thanks. BEST MOMENT OF THE CONCERT CAME AFTER THE CONCERT!!! I was so occupied with RINA's reaction that I don't even remember if I hi-5ed TOMOMI and MAMI before I said Happy Birthday to them (birthdays are coming) just before I was pushed out. Kind of feel sorry for MAMI and TOMOMI, especially since MAMI is my 2nd bias, but I really couldn't get RINA's reaction out of my head.

Met them again (completely by accident) leaving the venue while heading back from Starbucks to Flare's room. Managed to get a quick goodbye before they went on their way (my mind suddenly completely blanked on how to say goodbye in Japanese)

And for post concert afterthoughts
The Coliseum is an okay live venue for me. It gets really really hot because it's not air-conditioned, but the sound system sounded quite fine to me except for a few balancing issues, sometimes the instruments really overpowered the vocals

The main perks for fans at this venue comes outside the concert. Artistes performing here are most likely to stay at the hotels here, so there's a real high chance to meet them just walking around, as proven by the Starbucks encounter, because it's just more or less a contained area unless they decide to leave Sentosa. There definitely won't be as high a chance to meet them on the streets if the live is held somewhere else.

And also, it being open aired means we get to hear all the tuning and stuff going on inside the stage while we are queuing. We got treated to a short introduction to DOLL and some other songs, and even a full length preview of Yoake complete with vocals while we were waiting, so it was a pretty good deal to get to hear a song live 2 times in a single day.

As a reminder to myself for future lives, I need to remember to conserve energy instead of going all out from the start.

And the most important part for me: my multiple incidents involving RINA. I already expected I would cry during Oyasumi (it's RINA's first solo song after all), but it was a last minute decision to tell RINA I really cried, and it was a damn great decision, her reaction is still replaying in my head even now. And getting to pass the gift to RINA at the airport was a huge bonus to me as well, since I was expecting just a Hi-Bye session with them. So to get 2 up close and personal experiences with RINA that totally exceeded my expectations was a huge deal for me. I was kind of hoping that she might have noticed me crying since I was standing directly in front of her, but getting to surprise her like that was also a pretty great feeling. I really feel sorry for MAMI and TOMOMI though, I really cannot remember if I hi-5ed them. I probably did, but it just didn't register, and I feel bloody sorry for that. At least I remembered to wish them happy birthday (no time to mention that was in advance though), so I guess I made up for it in a way.

CONCLUSION: Thanks to the interactions with RINA, especially during the Hi-Touch, I doubt any other concert can ever top this experience. Even my long awaited visit to Japan to watch them live can never top this, and this is saying something because watching them live in Japan at least once before they retire is at the top of my bucket list.

TL;DR: my entire concert experience can be summarised in 3 separate incidents
Important Point #1 for me: I volunteered to give a gift to RINA (of course) and managed to get a smile and thanks out from her when I gave her the gift.
Important point #2 for me: During Oyasumi, the moment RINA started singing I literally cried, right in front of RINA.

So finally I managed to finish my story after few hours of writing and having post concert syndrome. I have been looking for this concert for a long time since December, when they announced it on 5th December 2014.
Hope I give something different perspective from metalleo's post.
Warning: Kinda long post ahead.

Again, big spoiler for non-concert goers.

Spoiler:

Wednesday: predicted they might came today, tried to pick them in airport, but they haven't been flying  Cry

Spoiler:

Expecting them to arrive in Singapore on this day, I purposely go to Changi to meet them. We predicted this because they have not been tweeting for like 5 hours+, so we thought they have been in the plane, thus not having the access to internet. I was kinda late, arrived in airport around 17.40 for the 17.20 arrival, but until the late time still no SCANDAL coming out.

Then when we were discussing about few possibilities suddenly RINA tweeted about flying tomorrow, it means they are still in Japan. WTF!  I was disappointed then I went back to my dormitory on the far west.

Thursday: Went sentosa, got to see - and being noticed by them Dies -  them during photoshoot and after interview, seeing them having their dinner at Din Tai Fung.
Spoiler:

I know I would not be able to reach airport before 5 pm, since I got another meeting with my professor until 3.30. We predicted they would come around 3.30 or 5 pm since Tomomi’s previous blog entry about going from Japan in the morning. Then after my meeting ended, in the SH group chatting, suddenly BB posted they are coming. Kinda disappointed for not being able to go airport to meet them, but at least some of SH peeps were able to meet them in the airport.

We went to Sentosa in the evening, where we have booked rooms to share. Nah, after settling down, we were going to meet Flare to handle the fan letter. Due to miscommunication, we went to uncle flare’s hotel in Hard Rock, while he went to Starbucks.

However, thanks to this miscommunication, we unexpectedly meet SCANDAL. We were walking from Hard Rock to Starbucks, when suddenly we see something very very familiar. It was SCANDAL doing phototaking inside the hotel. I wanted to take photos, but the staff quickly said no photography.

I was really stunned to meet them in this kind of opportunity. After they finish their photoshoot, TOMOMI saw us and she waved to us after I waved her. Then after that RINA also waved to us after seeing us. It has been a long time since I feel so high. I could not control myself and I was too overly excited on seeing them.. Happy

Then after that, they went to one private room to have their interview, where from outside we can see that they take photo  with flash there. We waited outside for the opportunity to see SCANDAL one more time.

Then after around 1 hours, they finally came out. They waived back to us as they came out of the room. I was really happy to be able to meet them here, despite missing the airport one. And this time, ALL of them waved back to us, and that was really the pinnacle of today’s experience. I’m so happy that they noticed us.

Ah after that we saw them entering Din Tie Fung, one of the restaurant in Sentosa. We saw them eating Xiao Long Bao, but we decided we should not interfere to their eating time so we went to Starbucks. After we finish at starbucks, we went back to hotel, but on the way back, we took a detour to see whether SCANDAL was there. I think HARU saw us.

Back in the hotel, we doing the fan letter then rest for the big day tomorrow.

Friday:
-Queue from 6.30 am
-Saw SCANDAL outside Starbucks
-Concert with so high setlist
-High touch session, TOMOMI smiled as she noticed my doll

Spoiler:

People Queueing from the very morning

Previously it was announced that the queue will start from 2 pm, but on 6 am, Uncle Flare told us there were people queueing already. Thus, I rushed from my bed to queue. When I came I think around 10 people in front of me. During the queueing time, it was quite hot, until it rained so heavily. This reminds me of BB saying SCANDAL being Rainy Band, giving rain during the day of the concert. During the queue also we passed around the SH banner for people to write.

SH Banner

Around 12.30, I was told that SCANDAL was around the Starbucks area. Then I purposely go there to wave at SCANDAL. At first, they don't notice us, but then Mami saw us, I waved at her and she waved back. I wanted to buy Starbucks just to see them but then the cashier got issue. Then after that I stunned, go back Starbucks talk with some other SH members. After that I went out again, TOMOMI and RINA waved to us again. Another 7th heaven again for me.
Dies

Around 6 pm, there were people checking for our ticket to give us and orange bands like this for the proof that we queued.  At around 7.05 the gate was opened for the queue, and I ran directly through the staircase. I was really lucky to get 1st row, since some people got their bag checked, and I did not bring any bag. The 1st row is like 2-3 metres away from the stage. There are a lot of SH peeps getting first row as well. Strange thing is I brought my CANTA doll with me to concert.

The concert was amazing concert. Feel like it was a dream. Usually I can only see them on my screen but they were just in front of me performing live! I was really lucky to get the first row of the concert. I can see them very clearly from my place. My place was somewhere between TOMOMI and HARU, but closer to TOMOMI.

MC: HARU used more English as compared to the previous concerts, she looks more confident in this language also. But as always, HARU’s English is so cute and I like it :3 Not so many things said in the MC though. In one of the MC she mentioned about Singapore being so hot. Then she also said she want to come back to Singapore again.

During the live, there was one time TOMOMI, HARU, and MAMI were so close with each other, and TOMOMI was really clingy to HARU. For me, three most memorable song was TaiKimi, Ryuuseigun and climaxed in Your Song. TaiKimi is where I started to lose my sanity, my emotion just exploded. Then Ryuuseigun was the song I did not favourite that much before the concert, but my opinion about this song changed after the life. Your Song was the highest tension for me as that the refrain part really brings the crowd to an amazing atmosphere I could not imagine before. In the bridge also HARU plays with the crowd to shout for them, so it was my favourite song of this year setlist. Nice One

Before Encore, I shouted almost non-stop until my voice dried now.

In Rainy, HARU said they used this song because there was a heavy rain in the afternoon where they filmed their videos on Instagram.
Before the song starts, she asked us whether it’s common in Singapore to have such a heavy rain. We said, “everyday!”

"EVERYBODY SAY YEAH" was the closing song, and as usual, was great, high-tension ending as we say “YEAH” and jump.

After the concert, because we need to queue for the high five session, we waited in the venue, and they were playing Your Song, and we all sang together. Great atmosphere that reminds me of the YokoAri crowds singing. In the end she brought the official banner from SONY written with our messages. RINA was using the Singapore flag to use as muffler.

The high five session was great, but not really exceptional because it was so fast as the staff pushed me to go faster, though I was kind of stunned again to see them so close. I wanted to say other things to them, but because I was super nervous, I can only say “Arigatou” to all four of them. The most memorable one was TOMOMI, since she noticed my doll, smiled as she saw that doll, before high fiving my hands and saying “Arigatou” :D

Post-concert happiness
Photo by Ping, one of my friend

After concert there were people asking us for short filming asking about SCANDAL. We said “SCANDAL Saikou!” and when asked what your message to SCANDAL, we answered, “Please come to Singapore again!” I also said, “Thanks for coming!”
Post-concert effects: Now I feel I have no favourite member. I support SCANDAL as whole band, and seems can’t pick any favourite member now.

In summary, this was my best SCANDAL concert experience, especially because of first row I got and the amount of interaction with SCANDAL not in a formal way, e.g. saw them in the photoshoot in Hard Rock, or after the interview, or outside the Starbucks. I did not manage to go to the airport, but then for me, these experience has been a really good one, if not the best.

Hope not making any bad mistake or missed anything as I wrote this while waiting me to calm down after concert.

It's nice to read the Singapore stories above - makes me feel like I was there too. Thanks, guys!

I have posted links to my stories for the London show, and realised I might as well add these - the two shows I saw in January, the 2nd and 3rd show I saw in Japan of the HELLO WORLD TOUR.

They're kinda self-indulgent, but if you wanna have a read, here they are:

gunnersforlife wrote:So finally I managed to finish my story after few hours of writing and having post concert syndrome.

We saw them eating Xiao Long Bao, but we decided we should not interfere to their eating timem so we went to Starbucks.

Spoiler:

Previously it was announced that the queue will start from 2 pm, but on 6 am, Uncle Flare told us there were people queueing already. Thus, I rushed from my bed to queue. When I came I think around 10 people in front of me. During the queueing time, it was quite hot, until it rained so heavily. This reminds me of BB saying SCANDAL being Rainy Band, giving rain during the day of the concert. During the queue also we passed around the SH banner for people to write.

Lol you never talked about how you were completely rejected by Eisuke. I was the one holding up that board with you. Pretty funny moment there

Too embarrassed to say that in my personal experience, but yeah, I should have added that one. I decided to do stupid things I won't forget hahaha. I wrote “Eisuke Kawaii” in the board on the other side of the “Hello SCANDAL” placard, but he didn’t want it. Tried to say eisuke kawaii, he was so serious, walked away from me without noticing me. To put short, I was rejected by Eisuke lol

To anyone who's interested, I wrote a different version on Facebook Notes for my personal memory on Facebook. They generally contain plenty of similar stuff, but the Facebook one might contain more or less of my personal thoughts on particular events that happened. Can take a look here if anyone is interested, though I didn't add my post-concert afterthoughts on that.

The concert in Singapore was kind of emotional for me. It was my first time to watch them perform live.

Here's my report

Spoiler:

I had to admit before the concert starts or rather a few days before the day of the concert, I had this doubts on how SCANDAL will sound live when compared to their studio recordings or in their videos. I am having doubts that they won't perform some of their songs like Yoake no Ryuuseigun, Shunkan Sentimental, Your song, Departure etc. good. I mean, it's the 35th stop and it must be taking some toll on the members stamina or something.

But I was wrong.

When they entered the stage, when RINA hit the drums for love in action, It was freaking amazing. It felt like the whole ground is shaking on how loud she plays. And when TOMOMI starts singing the first lines, I was like having all these kinds of chills. Second song, Satisfaction, HARUNA's energy was so high even though it was hot in the concert stage. I was kind of jumping and screaming around (sorry if I bumped on or disturbed some of the concert-goers). The 3rd song DOLL, was incredibly amazing.

A brief pause, and then they introduced themselves (or is it?). LOL we laughed hard on RINA, MAMI and TOMOMI's voices because they are all so cute.

The second set, Shunkan Sentimental, SCANDAL BABY, and Kagen no Tsuki were also amazing. Even though I am 10 meters from the stage I can see HARU sweating a lot as wel as MAMI and RINA. Shunkan was so good that the performance still remains in my mind as of now. TOMOMI was so cute in SCANDAL BABY, she has that certain interaction to the crowd that makes them go wild.

A brief pasue again, and Haru mentioned something about the weather being hot (her english was cute also) And then she mentioned that the next songs were from their new album.

Onegai Navigation, in my opinion one of the most difficult songs to play live vocally and instrumentally but they pulled it off very nicely. RINA's drum playing is is shaking the ground. HARU's voce was perfect. MAMI's lead guitar riffs were amazing. Then the next song was MAMI's turn. My friend is laughing because Hon wo Yomu is like a song taken from a child's playlist or something. The fun part in Hon wo Yomu was when MAMI forgot the lyrics of the song (LOL it was your song MAMI). Anyway, I loved it because that just shows that no performer is perfect. Then it was my favorite from HELLO WORLD, Kan Biiru. When TOMOMI started singing, there were parts of the song when I closed my eyes and just feel the lyrics and it was kind of getting in to me. After that, there was another brief pause while playing the chime intro of Oyasumi. RINA stepped in front of the stage, grabbed a guitar and started playing. DAMN, her voice was amazing. It was captivating the crowd and myself. Oyasumi being my least favorite from the album turned me around. After the song, there was a second of silence from the crowd and I screamed "RINA!!!" haha

A brief pause, then HARU mentioned that they will play emotional songs next.

Departure was kind of emotional to me. I did also the same with Kan Biiru wherein I closed my eyes on some parts of the song just to feel it. It was amazing as well, loved every second of it. TaiKimi was next and it was amazing too. The energy from the members were not decreasing. By this time I am starting to lose my voice due to screaming and singing loudly. Then it was probably my favorite moment of the concert, Yoake no Ryuuseigun. The song I have been doubting that they will not perform good has been erased. HARU just pulled it off vocally. I didn't notice her straining a bit or something. After that, Your song was played, The crowd's energy is getting into it. It was amazing too. The arrangement was the same as in the J-Melo's where the crowd gets to join the song. For the main set, I believe putting Image last was great. SCANDAL's energy was still very high.

They thanked us and exited the stage. Crowd was screaming "ENCORE!!!, ENCORE!!!" It was during this time that we went to the left side of the stage where Tomomi is standing.

First Encore song was probably what I've been dying to hear live, Rainy. Lol I was joking the whole time that Rainy will be played because of the sudden change in weather hours before the concert. It was amazing as well. HARU is still not showing signs of difficulty. Then it was EVERYBODY SAY YEAH. I think by this time TOMOMI looked at our side for a second and then smiled. Was it because I was doing a heart sign to her? Darn, that really captivated me and that side of the crowd.

Then the concert ended. The members introduced themselves once again, thanked the crowd and exited the stage. An hour and forty minutes.

After maybe 10-15 minutes the members lined up just before the exit to get ready for the high five session. When it was my turn I honestly said to each one of them "Great Performance". Haru's hands were small, Rina's hands are quite skinny, Tomomi has soft hands while Mami was as hard as a brick. There was also this moment when Tomomi and Rina's "Arigatou" struck me haha. It was cute

After we exited the concert grounds, I was so tired that I could even barely walk. My voice had already left me

All in all, the concert was so amazing. They were much better live than watching them in videos or listening them in mp3's. Their energy is what keeps the crowd going. Their passion performing is the reason why they are still going strong.

Aspiring musicians especially, amateur girl bands should take a page from their book.

All that 6-years of waiting and wanting to see them live has been erased in just 2 hours of pure awesomeness.

Mmmm ok my story

Spoiler:
This will pretty short (or not after all its me stress )since I didnt actually go to one of the concert (sorry if you were expecting something else i only added this after, its mostly for the part after that I wanted to post this ^^)

So at first, when its been announced that there would be a World Tour I was only excited for them, since I didnt even think about the possibility to go to US one since Im studying and well yeah. After sometime when they added the Mexico concert to the list I hoped for a sec to maybe see something happening in Canada and I thought maybe if there was something in the east of the US I could possibly go.

When its been confirmed it was Chicago and LA only and that all the date were confirmed I stopped thinking about it for a while. I thought, that well, maybe I'll have an other chance to go if they ever comeback somewhere close.

Then in the beginning of April, I learned my last exam was in mid May and I then many things started to go in my mind. Mid May... that mean I could maybe go to one? Since I'll be in vacation? Also I have the money if I want to.... So i looked for ticket at the LA show.... and saw there was still 2 VIP ticket. Only 2, but I didnt need more than that. So I asked my mother if I could go to LA (yes i did that 1 month before the concert) for a concert on the 22th of May. She actually said yes, as long as I can find someone to go with me, since I never travelled and im kinda really awkward socially, my English isnt incredible and well yeah... Also cant drive and would have been an other problem.

So i only needed to get 1 yes from someone, anyone, that can drive and would want to come with me to LA. I asked my cousin and I even offered I'd pay for him. I didnt actually care even if it would have cost me 2000$ or more, all I wanted  was to go there and I technically had the VIP tickets.

After waiting for his answer for 3 weeks, I gived up on the idea... the dream was broken... in  the last 15 day it would have been impossible to get my passport + prepare hotel, get tickets and stuff. During those 3 weeks everyday, I verified if the  VIP tickets were still available and they were. I lived the concert in my head  over hundreds of time... to only decide I couldnt go... So I read the story of others to live the concert again and again even tho its totally torturing myself because everytime, it hurt to know I wont be able to live that for real.

But to get to what I really wanted to say, thanks for sharing those moments with everyone here Happy Its actually amazing and it make me feel like if I was really able to be there for a short moment even tho its always painful to come back to reality after.

I really hope to see more story soon Happy

And that one day it will be my turn to be able to share those amazing moment with everyone Happy

Even though it was my first time(my bro brought me to the concert and i was no a fan yet.Sorry) My bro was a fan of MAMI, so we stand on the right side of the concert. i remembered that i was standing at the second row so it was very close to MAMI and i also think that she had been looking at me many times!!! Since it was my first time i didnt know what to do so i just followed my bro and the fans in front of me. At the end of the concert my throat wasa dry and i can speak any more but the best part of this concert was getting to Hi-Five with them at the end of the concert.

Everything about the Chicago show was great except that it was a little bit short. I didn't count the number of songs during the show but when the pre-encore part was over I though "damn isn't this a little short."

It was a great set though. When I purchased my premiums, I didn't know what row I would be, not even the section I was in. Imagine my surprise when I go pick my tickets Friday morning at the Rosemont theater and look at them to see "row A". I must've had a stupid grin on my face for two whole hours. It turns out I was right in front of Tomomi to the left.

I spoke with somebody who was there and told me he thought the sound could've been better. I don't know. The show sounded amazing to me. Every instrument was clear and so were the vocals. The whole time I was leaning on the sort of structure between the stage and the crowd. I was banging my hands on it or clapping the whole time. My hands were seriously hurting by the time the show was over, but I was super happy Happy. It kinda paid off because the next day during the Q&A panel they said they were happy that the crowd seemed to be really into it. When Tomomi tripped I thought to myself "oh sh**", wondering if she was ok. But when she burst out laughing it was pretty obvious she was alright. They were just all smiling and just full of life. It might have been a short concert but they had amazing energy while it lasted.

ACen screwed us loyal fans of pretty much both autograph sessions. The guidebook app said that the Friday one was at 10h00pm right after the show. It turns out it was in the morning at 11h00 and I only found out at 2h00. I was so pissed off. Then the next day there was the Q&A panel and the second autograph session was right after it which meant that even if you ran to the place right after the panel there would still be a ridiculous line because the session was just about to begin. So basically the people who attended the Q&A had almost no chance of getting an autograph. They signed for about an hour and then they told the staff to not accept anymore people. Thanks Acen.

The photo op did happen and they passed everyone who had bought a tshirt so that was good. I got a picture with them but the member of the staff who used my camera didn't really know what he was doing so the picture came out kinda bad and of course you only had one shot. Anyway, I was still happy to get a picture with them.

The important thing was the concert and it was amazing as far as I'm concerned. Hopefully they'll come back to north America next year or the one after.

Yeah the concert was amazing, I was dead center but in row D, it was perfect. The set list was short, but epic. Poor Tomomi falling down, but she was ok!

I got to ask them a question during the Q&A, and I thanked them for their show when I saw them in Summer Sonic!! ACEN sucked with organizing. I missed the first autograph session since the app said it was cancelled, but they had an earlier one. I didn't find their merch booth until it was too late and the shirts were sold out, so no pic for me.

All in all, it was a great weekend for us SCANDAL fans. I'll be flying out this week to LA so hope to see some peeps there!!!

I was in section 102 row D seat 1. It was a really amazing spot to be in!

I managed to make it to both signings, since someone had posted the changed time on one of the posts here, so I planned accordingly. It also helped that I had to meet with everyone to get my badge that morning too XD.

The signings themselves? Worth the wait. Getting to meet all four members was awesome, even if my reactions were embarrassing XD. For the first signing, all I could manage was "Hi" and "Arigatou", and that left me nervous. The second signing was easier on me, but by the time I got to the end I was shaking pretty hard.

The concert? I can't really compare it to any other concerts, since it was my first, but I can definitely say it was a perfect first time for anyone. There was so much energy in the theater that I thought my entire being was going to explode. HARUNA's english was fairly good, but I laughed a little when she'd give a thumbs up at the end of a sentence. Using Harukaze for the encore was definitely a plus for me, as it's one of my all time favorites. I was already tired and destroyed, but the second they started Harukaze, I was ready for more. I only wish the'd done a few more songs.

The photo op was definitely a highlight. Being as far back in the line as I was, I got to see them enter before people in the front did, and that was especially cool. My picture turned out great, and I was definitely pleased.

One of the best parts of it all was meeting so many of you people. We all get along nicely on the forums, but it's really an experience to meet those people in person. Each one of us had different personalities, but we were all brought together by SCANDAL.

My only dislikes and regrets were that they didn't play Oyasumi and that the concert had to end.

The concert in Chicago was fantastic. Dies  I was not able to get a premium ticket so I was upset at first. Then when I lined up fo GA the line was stupid long. I kept my cool, made it in, and got the seat in the front on the balcony like I wanted on Mami's side. I just wished they played Oyasumi and Hon wo Yomu.

When I was jamming in the lobby to Nai Nai Night two guys actually asked me who was the band playing. All I could think was "It's the band we have been standing in line to see for the past like 3 hours" but I was nice and explained who SCANDAL was. Then they both say "Never heard of them". Why get in line? Then the balcony was only 1 full row deep. And on top of that none of those a**holes were singing or even moving. I was making up for them though. I was hoarse the next day. If you were there and you heard screaming above you, it was me. It was kinda awesome because everytime the girls looked up their eyes wandered to the only motion on the balcony which was me. On top of that there was Timo falling, Mami's pick breaking and Rina throwing her left stick at the end.

I also managed to get two signed items and a picture on my first SCANDAL run. I was so nervous all three times I was shaking. If you stick with SH they will steer you right BOI, lol. Thanks guys for making it a fantastic experience guys.

I made it to the Rosemont Theater for the Chicago venue.  While there were some other issues with ACen communication about the band events, the concert itself was worth attending.  If you could make it to Chicago, you received autographs, a live performance, band Q&A, and a photo (provided you purchased a tour t-shirt) for just the cost of membership which was $53.  This is not something that would be possible in Japan.  The last live concerts I attended in Japan cost nearly $250 per ticket.  I was lucky to just be in the crowd over there.  The one caveat was that you needed to know how to work the scheduling and it helped to have a friend in the lines.

Regarding the acoustics, it was not perfect and I think the experience changed on where you were seated.  The problem mainly seemed centered on higher sound pitches.  Overall, I had no complaints.

As my first SCANDAL concert, I was curious to hear how the band sounded live.  I've heard the complaints about the use of Auto-Tune in both CDs and live DVDs.  I want to make clear that these girls can hold their own in a live venue.  Their voices are suited well to the music they play and they play well.  If you ever can make one of their concerts, you will not be disappointed.  I've been to plenty of other live performances where the band sounded horrible!

Hi!
I'm from México and the concert was AMAZING!!
I meet them and the staff take me a picture with them because i was VIP. Mami and Haru (I think was Haru xD) said me kawaii! OMG I died inside!
When the Meet and Greet  ends (it was more a meet than a greet because only take a picture and bye stress) we can make some questions and xD I'm jumping so high (thanks concert's friend) and Haru and Tomo laugh when they saw me xD (Died inside again)
Before the concert some new friends and me make the word Timo with the lightsticks and when Tomomi saw it she smiled a lot!!! :'D
At the middle of the concert Tomo and mami make Haru laugh then Tomo make haru dropped her pick and laugh at the middle of the song (the moment: https://instagram.com/p/27phF0CSSi/)

There was a lot of beautiful moments!! :'D
I recorded some songs but I think the forum's rules said I can't post it here D: hope you can say me if I'm wrong

I had never been to any kind of convention before and mostly would never have gone to one if it wasn't for Scandal. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the convention and am thinking about going to more.

The first day of the con I walked around the dealers room before the first signing and bought the Scandal tour t shirt and Canta keychain, I was disappointed that they didn't have more merchandise. Standing in line for the signing was so surreal to actually get to see them in person. Tears of Joy I got my Temptation Box photobook signed and wish I would have learned some Japanese so that I could have said more than just Hi Thank you and Bye.

The concert was amazing! I was kind of glad that the two seats next to me were empty so that I could spread out but that still didn't stop me and the guy next to me from bumping into each other twice as we were jumping around so much.

The Q & A was fun so I don't regret going and missing out on getting another item signed.

I was standing outside the room in the hall for the photos when I got to see Scandal walk by. The line moved pretty fast and when someone would hold out the tour t shirt in front of them I would notice that Rina would grab part of it to hold it out. Before I knew it it was my turn. I said Hi and stood between them and Rina lean in a little so that her shoulder touched my arm. LOVE

I said thank you to the band and left. And that was one of the best weekends of my life.

I meant to keep this short, but it kept growing....

The two shows over the weekend were amazing. I mentioned to several people who impressed I was with the performance quality of the playing and singing. The songs were incredibly close in quality to the studio versions, something that isn't all that common in live shows. I was close enough to see their facial expressions, and I could tell that the band was having a really good time. (On day two, Mami seemed a little more subdued than she did on Friday night, but by the end of the show, she was much more energetic.) I remember a few points where Haruna was just looking around the room with a little smile on her face; I wonder what she was thinking....

Then there's the Bear Incident. The House of Blues in Disney Town is right next door to a Build-A-Bear Workshop. One man (who's name escapes me, am so bad with names) and his girlfriend suggested getting bears made for the band members. I thought that was an amazing idea and told him to let me know when he goes to do it. He apparently bounced the idea around to some other people, but didn't get any initial interest. Shortly after lunch, though, two guys (Ross & someone else who's name I can't remember) came back with a bear for Mami and a dinosaur for Rina (to replace Dai-chan who apparently "broke" at some time in the past, according to Rina during an MC break). This prompted much faux outrage as the guy who originally came up with the idea was wondering why nobody got him to go. So, I, he and his girlfriend, and a couple of other people (again, me being terrible with names is going to get me in trouble), went over. We largely collaborated on putting together a white bear with overalls & a red/white striped shirt for Tomomi, and a purple bear with jeans, leather jacket, and combat boots for Haruna. Hahaha...we were all so proud of how awesome our bears were that we were showing them to everyone. When we got inside to put the gifts into the gift boxes, we showed the bears to the staff who seemed to really like them. During one of the MC's, the ladies from the band talked about their memories from the last time they had come to LA. Rina mentioned her old dinosaur doll, and Tomomi talked about a bear she had built for Haruna back then and asked Haruna, "Do you know where that is now?" Maybe this was foreshadowing? We had originally planned to sing Tomomi and Mami a happy birthday song when the band came back out for the encore, but we were in for a surprise. When the band came back out, each member was holding the doll we had made for them!! All thoughts of singing happy birthday were largely forgotten, I personally was stunned. Tomomi stood holding her bear to hear chest and said into the microphone something like "Meccha kawaii!" {Edit: after watching a couple of videos of that point in the concert, it's more likely that Tomomi said "Mini Tomomi."} They put the bears/dinosaur on stage with them (Tomomi tried several times to get hers to stand up, to no avail), and banged out Harukaze and Everybody Say Yeah! for the encore.

On a personal note, I want to thank everyone I met over the weekend for making my trip from Atlanta so incredibly enjoyable. I especially want to thank Jade and Eric (I think that's his name, am terrible with names) for organizing so much stuff for us out-of-towners to do. I know at times that getting us moving was like herding cats, but I'm sure everyone appreciated your efforts as much as I did. I was a little leery of making the trip out to LA because I didn't know anyone out there. I don't really like traveling by myself because to me it feels a little depressing. Everyone I met over the weekend was incredibly nice and friendly, and by the end of the weekend, it felt like I had known everyone for years instead of just a few days. Again, thanks to everyone who made this trip so amazing.

Anyway, for those interested, you can find me on Facebook. Look for "Chester Payne" in either Atlanta or Decatur, GA (not sure which one I listed as my home city; Decatur is a suburb of Atlanta). I've already posted up an album of pictures I took that include one of all the bears on stage :D
