Answer: On December 24, 2018 at their BEST★Xmas Christmas show, SCANDAL announced that they have signed with Victor Entertainment and have established a new, imprint label on it called "her." They will be releasing all of their new releases on it from this point on, with the first release set to be out in the spring 2019.

This new label is under Victor Entertainment. More specifically, SCANDAL and their new imprint are under the "Colourful Records" imprint.

I do not think SCANDAL will releasing an album before a single. SCANDAL will start I think only release single digitally because they are not selling so much.

It does look like Her, I think its a new single. db~ Highly doubt its an album.
Its 3 more days(at least where I am) til the Chrismas eve Xmas live, so I'm guessing they are going to show 3 more pieces to complete the image before an announcement.

Could be something like that, but at least this bottom line seems to definitely be "her". My guess would be a new single too.

”Her” comes to mind as the line stops at the beginning of the letter in the 3rd photo, making a longer word less likely. In which case the letter preceding the possible ‘h’ should already be visible yesterday, looking at the letter spacing.

Unless this is a more than 9 photo puzzle where the word is stylised in stacks of three letters on IG. It won’t be ready for BEST XMAS if the intention is for the band to go ta-daaa then.

I see they post from right section bottom row, then today is top row.
We can only see ‘r’ is the last letter of the full picture so far.

Have to wait and see how the line is in regard to the H, but it's possible that there's another line of text above it. I say this because the line is really close to the bottom of the R, but really far away from the top, so either the H is big and the line is close to the top of the H (which would make sense if the H is uppercase (don't know if that's the right word for it, sorry).
