Scandal - Heaven Philippines booth in the recently concluded Jpop Festival Kick Off Party 11.13.2011
main goal is to promote Scandal and Scandal-Heaven to J-music enthusiasts.
At first I am worried that our booth might intimidate J-music enthusiast because of being male dominated. To my surprise my crowd estimate is 5% fanboys (which is us), 95% fangirls down to the core. We were the only group that participated in support of a girls' band or female artist most fangirls are in support of Boy goups such as Arashi, Kat-Tun, and etc. The main program is inside cinema 10 were various cover groups were performing, first time in my life did I hear what it sounds like when almost close to 500 fangirls in a close space screaming their hearts out - its scary but at the same time wishing Scandal will also have a relatively significant number of fangirls.
Also most are asking for the price of the dispalyed Scandal official items, but as a fan club booth any form of selling is prohibited.... hope epic records will also release Scandal and other artist goods here in the PHL
