A translation of the Chinese article from the link. Hopefully there are no mistakes as I'm not familiar with Cantonese slang.

SCANDAL wishes to open a Sina Weibo account to interact with Fans
[16th September 2011]

Japanese girl band SCANDAL recently held their Asia Tour concert in Hong Kong, when interviewed they expressed that, although their schedule was pretty packed, they were really very happy, "because there are very few opportunities to have up-close interaction with our Fans, although each person is only able to speak a few words, it was enough to make us very happy. Some Fans told us during the handshake session that they had attended last year as well, and even made a pinky swear with us, promising to meet again next year, hoping for another concert in Hong Kong." They are very touched by the Hong Kong Fans for being able to fluently sing along with them. Currently in Singapore, SCANDAL reveals that, although they often do not have time for sightseeing at various places holding their concert, being able to enjoy the local cuisines, was enough to keep them contented. As they wish to interact directly with their fans, they will specially learn a few local phrases.

When asked about the type of Fans gathering they would like to have the next time they are in Hong Kong, SCANDAL jokingly replied that as they are unfamiliar with Hong Kong, they would like to have a sightseeing tour group, letting the Fans bring them around, and jokingly replied, "we will invite that tour guide to watch our concert in return." The girls, whom enjoy twitter on normal days, expressed that, when they have free time they will finish reading all the messages left by their fans, and they even tried consulting Fans for opinions regarding the concert setlist, resulting in overwhelming responses. At the mention of the recent influx of Japanese idols on Sina Weibo, they expressed interest in joining.
