and when I made this one..the newest chapter is CHAPTER 574 : THE DEAD OF PORTGAS D. ACE...

i hope he appears again someday, i dunno maybe whitebeard has some secret technique that'll trade his life with ace's or maybe luffy will use his haki or something..
ace didnt appear very much; then when he does, he's dead.. i want more fire action!! DX

I can't believe that Ace died was a great character

yeah he is one of my favorite characters in the series...I thought for the last second someone will save Ace! but nuuuuuuh~ he died! and I think luffy will really change a lot because of that!

I finally caught up with One Piece. I started reading it all over again since I couldn't find off where I left off. It took me 34.5 hours to read from 1-575.

Ace was an epic character, it's sad to see him go. I was going to cry, but I resisted.

Well, he wanted to get rid of Whitebeard, so I'm guessing that's his goal still.

Whitebeard's crew is now going to join Luffy? I'm not sure. :s

Can someone tell me how Ace died? How has Luffy changed? Did he managed to master his haiki? Have been too busy, so missed out quite a bit on the manga.

Can't really say much about Luffy at this point, everytime he's shown, you can't see his pupils.

Ace was killed by one of the Marine Admirals. Not the ice guy, not the light dude, but the 3rd one, and his power was lava. Ace jumped infront of Luffy when that lava dude was going to attack him, and then Ace's insides were melted away.

Ace's fire cannot be compared with lava? Why is luffy without pupil?

The Kuma dude sent everyone in different directions of the world. I actually don't know where they are, since I don't really look at the cover page of each chapter that explains it. :s

They have all landed in strange lands. Basically I think everyone got stronger after Kuma landed them everywhere, in all different directions.

lol try to catch up now ...........

I only watch about 200 episodes for now......

planning on reading it well last time I check it's 500chapters plus its quite long but from what I heard it is really good

Lol i think the manga is alot more specific of the story line......but the anime is good too!!!
