Any human being will surely face troubles be it work, school, parents, friends or siblings so why don't you share it here and we'll see what we can do about it. Well words might not be much of helps but it's better than nothing, who knows an opinion might solve or change your view upon a trouble you face.

that's not an easy situation.,if you really don't have feelings for him anymore, just break up w/ him

(even though u might hurt his feelings) but it's still ur decision :]

I am old and have had a lot of experience in relationships.
You are hurting your boyfriend by pretending to still love him !
The sooner you are honest with him the sooner you can both find someone who does really love you.

You may have heard the expression "You have to be cruel to be kind" !

About that situation, tainaka_03...
I know this feeling, but you need to break up with him.
If you don't do that soon, he will hold out hope that everything's all right... When actually is not.
It's necessary to explain to him that things didn't happen as you expected, but you really cared about his feelings and thought a lot about this situation. Maybe he's going to understand that and it'd be easier for both of you to move on, you know...
Well, anyway... Good luck! Hope you solve this quickly.

I totally agree with Tonny, you'll have to tell him the truth rather than keeping it a secret. you'll only end up hurting yourself and him. Sooner or later he'll find out. He might be feel hurt, but he'll understand that it's better than keep going on with it. it takes time for him to realize it, but be honest about it, is the best advice I could offer.

tainaka_03,
I agree with Tony's opinion. You should break up with him but I want to add that the longer you wait, the harder it will become to break up with him. Getting hurt is a part of life. Most people eventually move on. Good luck.

Ah, I have going through that kind of situation as well. Basically, in that kind of situation time management is crucial. And I think sleep is important considering we still grow up and lack of sleep tends to hinder studies as well.

I suffered another round of panic attacks the other day. Three days of dizziness, confusion, heart racing, shakes, some weird feeling in my head, no sleep and nausea.

Two blood tests, 2 ECG/EKGs and a CT scan later all come back as fine, but the panic attacks persisted until I was literally crying so bad the doctor prescribed me low dose valium.

Been fine for now, hardly touched the valium, and I've sworn off caffeine and "diet" soft drinks.

I have never heard these kind of condition, but since the medical check up is all fine I think you will be fine.

Sadly it is quite common, I have suffered with panic attacks since I was 14, but have learned how to control them.
There are pills but as a bus driver I could not take them and of course they have side effects.
Zen Buddhism and deep breathing exercises work for me.

Hiya Ferdinand, they're horrible. Definitely wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

Hey Tony, I found it hard to control while I was having them. I tried breathing into a paper bag, walking it off, anything to take my mind off it, but couldn't. The worst feeling was with my head; it was like I'd drank 1,000 Slurpees and had a mega brain freeze... but without the physical pain. Sounds weird, but that's the only way I can describe it.

^ Dude, I can really relate to that. My advice is try to change things little by little. We all have our own different experiences while growing up so each of us have our own "bad habits" that have accumulated through time. Don't be hard on yourself. Set a simple goal and strive hard for that. And don't worry about those "wasted" opportunities. You still have your whole life ahead of you, God willing. Happy

@tainaka_03: I had a very similar situation like what you are in now. What KoiMoyou said is true; the more you wait, the more there will be emotional baggage so it's better to end it early than later. If you really don't love him anymore, it's better to end the relationship than endure it. Prolonging something that you don't want will only bring about problems in the future. But be nice and rational as you say it to him. Good luck!

I'm doing great at work, with the promotion and all, but I find myself always lost in thought every night. I always stay up late when I'm supposed to be resting, doing random things in front of the pc and no progress at all. It's time like this when I'm not motivated at all; it's like I don't have a goal anymore. Feels like my every move (especially at work) is in automatic mode.

I never had panic attacks until last year. I haven't had very many but when I feel one starting, I try to relax and try to control my breathing. Try to figure out the first symptom you get in your panic attack(like heart palpitations, headache, fear, etc..). In my case, as soon as I start feeling it, I try relax, put calming thoughts in my head and breath in deeply. Also, try and figure out if they happen randomly or if something triggers them. I hope this helps.

I dnt really open up to everyone, my heart is like closed, i cant understand my emotion and there was a time that i wanted to die and i never shared my problems with anyone i only keep them to myself

I keep having blank mind whenever I start to do 3D modelling and ended up playing games or surfing web to kill time. But the problem is I really need to regain my lost 3D modelling skills in order to help out in my friend's small game company.. Doing lots of self-blaming and self-hating because of it.. Frustrated

@hapihapi: I too have that same situation as you. Only that I have a severely broken relationship with both my parents. I dont even know my emotions from time to time. But you can try adopting a pet, growing plants or keeping a diary or a private blog.

I agree with KoiMoyou about trying to figure out the trigger of it. I heard read that it could be triggered by anxiety (anxiety disorder), or hormones. I suggest you to find out whether it's a random attack or triggered attack.

I also had been feeling like that. For me I use "post it" as a reminder for me to change and focus. that way, somehow I motivated myself to change, to be a better individual.

I think you need a vacation. Do you love your job? if yes, try to think of how's your first feelings when you start that job it'll motivate you. Reading some books or just drown yourself in deep thought can inspire you and therefore giving you a new goal.

Try harder, manage your time well and make a group study. It helps a lot for me.
