heh i haven't played this game for a long time already. HR9 and countless hunting for elder dragon jewel were the end of my hunting days.

I only played MHFU but I ran out of Buddies who I can play with it so I stopped. I havent even Completed my Ukanlos set! T~T

Okay...im sure theres some funny moment! There was a time i was about to get slaughter by a plesioth... a thunderbug saved my ass!! The thunderbug was aparently charging at me... my health less then 10%! a hit from the giant will kill me for sure. the thunder attacked and killed it!! It happen so fast that i cudn't get a snap shot of it

MY funniest moment happened the last time me and my friends partied. I was our gunner/bomber. So I planted a large barrel Bomb far away from the wyvern cant remember if its a plesioth. Our tanker brought the wyvern near the bomb and I accidentally shot the bomb out of panic and our tanker got hit and the wyvern skewered him and we all got Pawned at the end.

lol...!!! i rmb there was once i distant charge tigrex(gs) my mates got hit by tigrex and i manage to d.charge successfully! they flew away by damaged from tigrex.... i was the onli 1 safe

Not much MH players here huh haha

Yeah MHP3 is coming out this year in December. It will include monsters such as Tigerex, Naruga Kuruga from the older games and a new Jinouga. Also monsters that were in MH3 will be ported as well (some, not all). No underwater combat.

Well, I'll talk about MHP2/MHP2G... MHP2 was definitely my favorite out of all the portables since there was heaps of content to cover 6 HRs etc... I picked it up after playing for about 100 hours on MHP so I was intermediate back then (good times). MHP2G was alright as I had a year of experience of the gameplay, everything was pretty straight forward. These two games I've spent the most time playing, I really did enjoy them.

Blah I won't deny it, I really do loathe the English versions of the games, especially MHFU... thats why I always hope sales will go bad for them!!

Yea. They should just do translation only.. but why remove the extra equipments and stuff from 2G.

I went to unite 'cause all my friends are unite T_T Ended up replaying the whole game lol.

But now just waiting for MHP3 xD

do you all know that 2G can play with unite using CWCheat with no problem? I used my 2G save to help my friends in unite.

its very hard to acquire the hvnly lao shan lung shell for the akantor boots...T_T

HAHAS....farming for items are always a pain!!! BTW whats ur fav weapon ppl?

Dual swords like no other. But I don't play like the Akantot boyz. /\+O (demon dance) spam all the way. I like the playstyle of dual swords (no block, pure offense), but majority of the people misuse it so oh well. Second would be lance (evade+2 evades everything)

mainly i adapt to the monsters attack though, like for monsters like plesioth/gravios i prefer playing range because melee would be a pain in the ass.

hmmm...my forte is using long swords...but i've trained using great swords, spears and gunlance (dodge type)...the last time i played, i didnt recieved any damage form G level rajang!! ... i wish MH tri would come to psp...
