You have to have the letter weighed at the Post Office and then they will tell you how much the postage is.

yea fam, manz all sorted, manz gonna write a letter with the hlp of my teacher and her brother, plus manz gonna draw a pic 4 them,

but me and my mate r record a cover 4 them and give them a message with a CD, its gonna b sick fam, cant wait,

Q: Can I send a small gift to the girls like a key chain or something?
A: For this project we're doing cards/letters only because the export/import of a lot of different items could make things a bit complicated.

Can it be any size of paper as long as it fits in the package/envelope??...and what sizes of packages or envelopes can be accepted??

Maybe try to keep it no bigger than the 9" x 12" sketchpad mentioned on page 1. As many pages as you want is ok. Basically I'm trying to avoid having anyone send anything huge like a poster that I can't package nicely with the cards/letters. (If you want to make a really large card but have it fold to something smaller that is fine too).

You don't want to host a photo anywhere. These are physical letters, you will need to print the photo.

I'm using MultiTranse translation software so I can translate English into Kanji. It works well but it's still not completely perfect, it's easy to use though and you can switch traslations back and forth. It's far more superior to Google and Bing translate. Google sucks but Bing really really sucks. I'm using the software to write my letter but I was wondering if anyone else is using software and what are you using? .hardwork.

Also I was wondering if any of our resident translators here use software or are you all fluent enough that you don't need it? Because when I send mine out it may need proof read. .nerd.

That is just for the raffle, so we can keep track of who sent in letters. The pieces of paper with forums usernames won't sent to the girls.

We've been in touch with their staff. The letters will be sent to their management who will give them to the girls.
