I just updated my scandal windows 7 theme and I thought someone here might want it. so here you go

http://www.mediafire.com/file/9c7zda4n76lesdz/Scandal_Theme.themepack

there all 1680x1050 so if you have a different resolution you can resize them using reshade.com

if you click on the theme then click desktop background then file name above all the pictures is where it is. most likely it will say  
C:\Users\"your_username"\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Themes\scandal T\DesktopBackground
 
sorry that was a terrible explanation do want a YouTube vid or something
