Instrument/s: Guitar (Charvel Pro-Mod & Custom Made Stratocaster) Bass (LTD custom 6 string) Drums (DW 5 pc Custom & Pearl 5pc Master Series with Meinl/Zildjian cymbals)
Skill level/experience: Intermediate to Professional (I do play Guitar & Bass for a living. That and I'm a live sound engineer, also do some studio work here and there), but I could always improve and still feel I can learn WAY more. Which is why I want to try collaborating with more fans that also likes the same music I do.
Links to examples, if any: check my youtube channel kevindas (https://www.youtube.com/user/kevindas). I also do work on another company youtube channel, but pm me for that link. Don't really like revealing my identity.
Are you able to be up to date with this sub-forum? I really want to try. My time is limited with work, but I'd like to cover music I actually like for the fun of it. I am good a keeping a tight schedule though.
What will you be using to record the audio of your instrument?
Depends which studio I use. Either a DL32R console, X32 console, M32 console, a Universal Audio Apollo 16 interface, a Yamaha USB console, or a FireWire 410 interface. I record using either Pro-Tools or most likely Logic Pro X. I have some mics but working on buying more for my collection. SM57s for snares and guitars, Audio Technica AT4033 for overheads or recording vocals, Beta 87 for live vocals, Beta 52s for outside kick and bass mic, Beta 91 inside the kick, and Beta 56 on the toms.
