I couldn't find a thread for this(sorry though if there is).
I would like to know, if there is a song by SCANDAL that seriously touched you guys?

I am interested to know, because two of their songs made me cry(I am a very emotional guy .shy. )
Namida no Regret and Sayonara my friend really touched me.
Mainly because I am in a situation, where I can relate to the lyrics.
I was just watching the live performance of both again;_;

I'd have to say KOSHI-TANTAN, not really a song that makes me feel deeply moved, but I feel really energized after listening to it .upwalk.

In terms of a more emotional response, It'd have to be HARUKA.
I can understand phrases here and there, and it makes me emotional.

Well, I don't cry when I listen to any sort of music but for SCANDAL stuff, the ones that elicits the most emotional response from me are:-

SWITCH - Especially after I found out that Tomo wrote this from a guy's point of view. Nice lyrics.

Sayonara My Friend - Also nice lyrics. I like the way Haru sings on this. The ESY Tour live version of this is especially effective.

EMOTION - Poor Rina. I feel her pain. Apparently, a song about her doubts about her future and her place in the world. And a song that makes me want to buy her ice cream...

that is a good point! i really liked this song when i heard for the first time and it just relates to me. Rina! i can relate to you! but this song really made me think........... Sad

Shunkan Sentimental - That song sent a shiver down my spine when I first heard it.
And...
Aitai and Sakura Goodbye are the ones that made me cry (not really crying lol.. more like make me dreamy) the most.

For me, Secret base is the most touching SCANDAL song. The lyric, and especially while watching the PV, it could make me cry.

For me, it's Aitai, Sayonara My Friend, and Haruka. Those three songs have such somber melodies as compared to the rest of the songs they've written, and so it was the music that first got to me. But after reading translations of the lyrics, I somehow found myself more emotionally attached to those songs than I initially was. Especially Aitai. The words just struck me right away. :(

Mine might be a little surprising but "SAKURA Goodbye". The song really touches me because it's the first song I heard of SCANDAL and I heard the song at a low point of my life and the song makes me remember that time and how I coped and finally moved on from that predicament. Nice one

those parts were my faves too

i was going through a hard time and was under heaps of pressure when the single came out, which was the perfect time for me.
