And not, 9:00AM in Tokyo Time, in France it's 2:00AM so you have to do it at 2:00AM, but if you want you can do it at 9:00AM France time, but you will might be alone

Rank57, you could make an account just for that, i did it too, never used twitter and don't plan to use it for anything else. Use a junk email address and password too if you are worried about things like that.
