Sorry I've been silent on this project, but my job has not been kind to me in giving me much free time to work on the mixdown.  I've been working on it a bit at a time, so progress has been slow.

I've got all the tracks down, I'm still working on the dynamics and effects.  I would probably say I'm about 70-75% done.

hmm, i know youre still in the early stage of mixing, but i got some inputs about this :

- so many parts of the vocals are out of sync, maybe you should do some readjustments/realigning. 
- try balancing the guitar parts, so far i can only hear the lead and not so much from the rhythm. try panning them just like what Scandal did, rhythm on the left side and lead on the right side, and balance them from there.
- put subtle reverbs on the tracks (using buses if need be)
- bass and drums parts are ok, a bit oomph and intonation on the bass arent going to hurt though

I've definitely got to work on it more.  I've got finiite adjustments to make every time i work on it.  Thanks for the input.

here are a few things ive noticed:

- the mix gets too busy in the low end area, the kick sounds drowned by the bass, i know this is tricky but maybe you can cut some low end from the bass eq a bit, so the kick got more room to breathe.
(i usually do this by giving the eq a low cut filter from the start, then side-chaining the bass compressor to the kick drum)

- too much reverb on the drums, at least from what ive heard

- the shadow vocals at 1.48 is kinda out of sync

those are my suggestions, but if you guys think its a go then i dont mind.
i just think since this is 'Harukaze', we should have the result as good as it can be, thats all

I thought there might be too much reverb, and I'll have another listen for the low end.

I'll touch it up some more since I'm not busy at work today.

Great improvements, though there is one thing that caught my attention.
There is like a fuzzy distortion noise in the beginning & end of the solo.

It sounds good!

However, I think the shadow vocals at 3.19 should be a bit quieter to get an echo effect.

okay,

- thin out the reverb on the drums a bit
- the vocals are a bit out of sync with the music for me, maybe you can use my mix as your guide? 
- kasa's and kawaii's voice are definitely heard there, but i cant hear nikasa's. putting each vocals into different frequencies (not volume) will help a lot.
- turn down the bass volume 1 or 2 db

other than those, its good to go.
