I really do love the fashion around this time
I'm really influenced by it
It was like that too for "Heavenly Creatures"
Which I had introduced previously

Mmmm, with her taste in photography and movies I have noticed Rina likes some pretty erotic stuff, but she is an adult so I see no harm in that.
I lived and worked in 1960's London and I can assure Rina it was an amazing place, after the grey 1950's it was like a black and white movie suddenly turning into colour.

She´s a young adult, (not a teenager).. the girls are more erotic than boys at all... so it´s normal for her have this kind of tastes...

London hadn´t colour at the 50´s?? UK with the USA won the WWII and u were a powerful country compared with the rest of European countries that were satiny... Happy

England had nothing in the 1950's, food was still on ration and most of our buildings had been damaged, the USA only loaned us the money to rebuild our country, I just mean it seemed like a sad grey country.

Rina does seem to have interest in very artsy/indie types of movies. That's kind of cool; honestly, I have trouble sitting through a lot of those movies. Sometimes, especially in French films, it seems like the people don't act in a realistic fashion (though, I understand that's to achieve a specific artistic vision of the director; I just have a problem with suspending my disbelief that much when the setting is realistic).

After reading the synopsis for The Umbrellas of Cherbourg, that plot line seems like something you'd see in a Japanese or Korean drama. It wouldn't surprise me if a production company in one of those countries didn't do a version of it in the future. I think it would fit right in.

Yayy new movies to watch.clap.
Rina must be a regular costumer in the DVD store xD I wonder if she chooses the DVDs whether by covers or by plots?
I thought Haruna would be like this type of person (one who would always watch movie in their free time) but it seems like it's really Rina :p
