I've found the score of Best Scandal on Amazon.it (I'm still not allowed to post external links, just look for "バンドスコア SCANDAL 【BEST★SCANDAL】". 20 € is not exactly cheap but it's still less than 3,520 yen. Don't know in which other countries it's available, but Amazon.it ships everywhere
