Probably the Live Action one, adapted from an Anime.
She blogged a few times about having to reading the Manga of Parasyte. So yeah, I guess she's referring to that one. Just google Parasyte live action, something like that haha

Haven't seen the movie myself, but i'm hoping for it to be good~

It's called Kiseijū in Japan. It premiered last autumn at the Tokyo Film Festival in Roppongi Hills. Directed by Yamazaki Takashi. Like RINA, I saw it on the plane to Tokyo in January ^^
