Not really sure, but I saw that same exact one at a second-hand shop in Akiba but I didn't feel like buying it

That antenna-ed 'alien' looks like Myuuji-kun, one of the characters MAMI designed on their ONGAKUTAI merch. Which means, doing a calculated guess, 2011-2012 (prolly SCANDAL SHOW-era LIVE IDO LIVE merch).
