If you're searching images on Google, there are some options on the left-hand side that allow you to filter your search by size. Either click large or input a custom set of dimensions. Alternatively, if you want a SCANDAL picture in particular, there is the 'SCANDAL High-resolution Pictures' thread here.

I recall that this is already posted in the first page, but I'll help you anyway..

1.) Sign-In/Log-In using your Gmail account.

2.) Go to Google.com

3.) There should be a "Change Background something-something" on the lower left side of your screen.

4.) You do all what's left, personally I used PICASA to upload my pictures to the internet.
