Does anyone know if the DVD 'Mirror Documentary' is available with English subtitles anywhere in the World, please?

Paying AU$65 plus another AU$40 (approx) for delivery, is getting way too pricey for a DVD that you cannot understand.

If you purchase a copy of the documentary on DVD/Blu-ray and submit proof of purchase to me, you will be able to view the English subs that I did for it. This is the only way you will get to see English subs since the band is seemingly not planning to release it subbed!

I am unsure as to exactly how this will work.

Do I receive a hard copy of the transcript, and then have to glance at it whilst watching the video?

haha you will not need to use your own copy of the documentary for this.

I will be uploading a hardsubbed (as in, the subs are embedded directly into the video) copy of the documentary to a video hosting site, and confirmed purchasers will receive a link + password to view it. Since SCANDAL is not receiving support from this method, I am making the purchase of the physical release, which does support them, a requirement.

Like I said, I'm not Techno savvy, and I still run through a separate DVD player into my TV, which is not linked to the web. (I don't even have a smart phone!) unfortunately then, this won't work for me. Love what you are doing though. I don't understand why the Japanese (blanket statement) are so inward looking when it comes to these things. They really would benefit from adding subs. As avid fan of many bands from Japan, this is a constant frustration. Good luck to you, and thanks again.

You sure it wouldn't work for you? I'm basically going to send a link to watch a YouTube video--that's really how simple it is! It's easily watched on a regular computer, just saying lol. You'd just need to click the link, enter the password, and it'll start playing with the subs. No other effort needed on your part.

Although I do watch  A LOT of vids on YouTube, I watch my DVD's in the comfort of my lounge with a proper (by my standards) sound system. I am madly going through the manual for my WiFi less TV, to see if I can link it to my PC.... Copies of the DVD are going fast, so no time to waste....

I plan to leave the video up for at least a year, and the DVD won't ever truly sell out, so no need to rush! Whenever/if you do decide to buy a copy of the DVD and want to view the subs, just let me know~

I'm reminded of a British Sci-Fi comedy series called 'Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy', which had a catchphrase in the fictional manual, which indeed advised "Do Not Panic!" Will take a trip into my local electronics store in the morning and see what can be done.

I was going to go to Aeon and Tower Records today, I'll try to have a look for you. Are you wanting BluRay or DVD? I should be able to get postage for way less than $40. Or if you can hold out til April, I'll be back in Queensland then and postage would be minimal.
