•The episode starts with this.
•The second Power Word for HARU comes from Season 2, Episode 76, around the 10:13 mark. The audio that plays is from when HARU is talking about salt bread she had in Seongsu when she vacationed in South Korea. To recap: Ohno says that he doesn't know what salt bread is, and apparently none of the other staffers know about it either. HARU is surprised and says that salt bread is a fad right now. Ohno says that he knows that much at least. HARU says that the salt bread from Jayeondo is pretty popular. Ohno asks if she has any photos. HARU says that she has a photo of the exterior. Ohno laughs and asks why. She says that it's a stylish place that faces the street. Ohno asks what the bread tastes like. She says that the sweetness of the butter and the saltiness of the salt are just right, and it basically disappears as soon as you start eating it. You take a bite of it, say it's delicious, and before you know it it's gone. Ohno laughs and says that he doesn't understand from that. She repeats the "Delicious!!" part again. Ohno asks if it's the size of a butter rool. HARU says it's a little bit bigger, and repeats once more that she just took a bite of it, and while saying how good it was, it was all gone. TOMO talks over the audio and laughs while saying, "How many times are you going to say that?" The band laughs and mentions how the audio was distorted when HARU was saying "Delicious!!" Ohno says that HARU kept saying that instead of explaining what it was. At the end, the Power Word audio plays again and TOMO laughs and wonders if the clip was from the second time HARU had said that. HARU says that it's not that kind of quiz, which makes them laugh. HARU says she wants to get better at doing food reports. TOMO agrees and says that she didn't do any kind of report and just said it was delicious. MAMI laughs and says that you can't do a report on food after it's all gone.
•The next two Power Words are from TOMO. The first one is from Season 2, Episode 49, around the 12:25 mark. To recap: TOMO says that she's rather unsure of her sense of distance. She bumps into people and doesn't notice when she drops things. Her iPhone flies off so often that she wonders sometimes if it's actually alive. She doesn't know why this is and says there's something wrong with her hands, and that her senses are dull. HARU says that she kind of gets that. RINA says that she's amazing when it comes to the playing the bass, though. TOMO goes, "Am I even playing the bass?" They all laugh hard. HARU says she must be a prodigy. MAMI says that she seems to be okay when she drives and doesn't come close to bumping into anything. TOMO says that she does when she rides a bike, though. MAMI says that she once had to hold her hand while walking to keep her going straight. After the audio plays, RINA and HARU say that they remember this. TOMO says that she's still like that. RINA asks if she doesn't know if she's actually playing the bass, to which TOMO says yes to. The band laughs. TOMO says that she has no sense of her surroundings about 50 cm/20 inches from her. RINA laughs and says that that's the area where you should have the most sense, normally. TOMO says she just doesn't notice anything, and that earlier she even spilled hot water. HARU confirms that this happened. TOMO says it's kind of scary and that she feels like something's wrong. RINA says that despite all that, she's managed to survive this far. HARU agrees. TOMO goes, "Am I really alive, though?" RINA says she's fine. MAMI says that the fans should come to a show and check to see if she's playing the bass or not.
•The second Power Word for TOMO comes from Season 2, Episode 54 around the 4:57 mark. To recap: The next jellyfish fact TOMO reads is that they're 95% or more water. They say they get that, and that they are like jelly. TOMO then reads that they don't seem to have a cerebral cardiovascular system. TOMO wonders what that means, and if they are considered a living thing. MAMI wonders what the definition is of a living thing. TOMO wonders if it means that something has a life force, and what is life if there's no heart? She goes, "Is this now a philosophical discussion?" The others chuckle. TOMO then wonders how they're able to move. Ohno says they move using nerves alone. MAMI wonders how that works without a brain, and then reads a fact that says that instead of blood vessels, jellyfish have "water vessels" that carry nutrients throughout their bodies. TOMO says that they do sound like they're closer to plants, and that plants are living things. They then all laugh at this. After the audio plays, TOMO laughs and says it seems like Ohno had gotten mad at her for saying that plants are living things. RINA says that that side of Ohno comes out sometimes. HARU says that fans seem to like that side of him. They laugh. TOMO says that when listening to "Catch up" like this again, you do find that episodes that are actually educational sometimes. You remember the info you learn at the time but will forget it a year later. They laugh at this.
•They then close out the episode. HARU says that they'll read MAMI's and RINA's Power Words in the next episode. She says that there are some Power Word moments mentioned that they remember and some that they don't. They say they're looking forward to next week's, but are also a bit scared at the same time since it's kind of embarrassing to listen to stuff that you've said in the past.
