Hey guys, I haven't been on here for quite some time so you might not remember me.

Anyways, I'm going to Japan next week and was wondering do you guys have any advice on fun or interesting stuff to do or things worth seeing. Perhaps even something SCANDAL related (although they won't be doing any lives when I'm there I think).

Oh right, well I'm going to Tokyo.

As for what I like to do, I can find pretty much anything interesting. I'll visit Akihabara for sure since I'm interested in japanese music, anime, games and such.

Great ! I'll be in Tokyo for 2nd to 10th May :D

As you said, you have Akiba.
Then Shibuya for everything about fashion. You can go to Tokyo Plaza or ofc Kitty Shop :D
Odaiba to see the Gundam, Takeshima street (Harajuku station) which is more girls fashion but I really like this place. Nothing to do but pleasant. There's Yoyogi park where you can see cosplayers sunday.
Tokyo Imperial Palace, Tsukiji, Asakusa area for more traditional Japan, Ueno for buildings and there is also the street with expensive shops but I'm not sure. Here's some places

Apart from this, you can try neko cafe, maid cafe, baseball on buildings, game center ...

EDIT: I forgot ! Tokyo Sky Tree ! Tokyo Tower !

babaloued already mentioned most of the things. Since it's April then you should go the Ueno Park. maybe you are lucky and see the cherry blossom Wink

You should check out Tower Records in Shibuya. It's a huge store with tons of music CDs and DVDs, including SCANDAL. There's also another pretty good branch in Akihabara, on the top floor of Yodobashi Akiba, in case there are things you can't find at the Shibuya store.

There's also a music store in Akihabara in a building called Akiba Cultures Zone (AKIBAカルチャーズZONE, same building as K-BOOKS). I think the store is called TRIO. They had an amazing collection of SCANDAL tour goods and other collectibles like album bonuses. They're for sale, but kinda pricey, so I went a few times just to stare at them in awe. There are also two locations at Nakano Broadway with a lot of music posters.
