Phantasm is a fictional j-metal-band with female vocals from anime and visual novel "Chaos;Head" (I guess they will be mentioned in upcoming anime Steins;Gate too). The chatacter Kishimoto Ayase (nickname: FES) does vocals, and her seiyu is Sakakibara Yui 
Unfortunately they have not so many songs (album "End Prophecy [2009]" with 9tracks and mini-album "Inori no Violet [2010]" with 5tracks), but anyway I found their songs pretty amazing, and I just wanna share
