The whole anime is impressive. Strong pictures. I also read the manga.

I watched it some years ago, it's a really good anime Happy

At that time I was mostly watching comedy/shonen animes so Elfen Lied was a nice change of pace with his mature/gore content and story.

I heard the manga is much more longer than the anime and I always wanted to read it but never find the time to do it, maybe in the future ^_^ Anyone read it, is it worth it? Does it continue the story is is it about the past or something else?

It is worth to read the 107 chapters. Try it out.

Rahhh I have already so many things on my to-do list but now I want to add that too! .whiteflag.

Do you know how many chapters cover the anime episodes? I mean are the episodes a huge part of the manga or is it just a small part?

more a small part. The beginning is the same but then it differs a lot.
Both are worth to read/watch.

I watched this anime bcoz it has good comments on it..
Lol i find it creepy on the first part..Its a bloody anime..haha!! Like weirdo laboratory..With the thorn thing characters..

I tried to watch this during High School.. I could not get past the first episode... it was too bloody for me.. I stopped watching... when I was in college, I revisited the anime... I think I was more mature and stronger by this time... I finally got to finish the whole thing.. and I'm glad I did... it was so worth watching... .wow.
