Introduction

It's been a while and now it's back! We're now officially starting another Fan Letter Project!

First of all, it's my pleasure to announce that for the fifth time we are doing a fan letter project and that this project will be our first ever collaboration with SCANDAL Sushi! With this, both SH and SS will be able to show their love and support, at the same time show how dedicated their international fans are.

So first, how will the letters be sent this time?

All of the letters that will be collected will be submitted directly to the SCANDAL staff's mailing address. Meaning they will be received by their staff and be given to the girls. So it's the best way to send them letters from us international fans.

And the one who will collect everything and be the one who sends it is our member, 320x200.

So to those who have participated in the past, there will be some difference from what we have done before. And to those who missed the past fan letter projects, then here's your chance to send letters to the girls.

What we've done before is having letters in the form of images and be sent electronically. But this time we'll need to upgrade things since this will not be the first time the girls have received our letters.

All letters will now be in physical form and be mailed to the mailing address of 320x200. With this, the girls will see more effort in our letters and possibly appreciate it a lot more.

And to make things even better for those who wants to participate, we will be having a give-away raffle. Where everyone who submitted their letters is included in the raffle!

The raffle prize is the very limited Kagerou indie single courtesy of 320x200!

So let's start, here are the basic mechanics...

1. Create your letter(s). Use all of your creativity to create the most awesome letter you can do.

2. As much as possible do not tightly seal your letter so that it can be verified easily. This is to prevent troll letters and letters with the intention to say bad stuffs to the girls.

3. Include in a separate sheet of paper your forum username and whether if you are from SH or SS. This is so that we will know specifically the participant and include them in the raffle.

4. Send your letters to this mailing address of 320x200...

Project over. No more sending of letters.

5. And that's it!

* Oh and one additional note, as much as possible don't make your letter too big in size. All collected letters will be placed in a box before it is given to them, so it will look really cool if everything fits nicely.

Well it's simply just like sending a letter to the mailing address of the girls but only with this our letters will be compiled first so that it can make more impact to the girls.

And only in this, by sending a letter to them you'll have a chance to win a very limited indie single.

Uwaaaa so generous @_@ Thanks for organising and donating your time! I'll be free in July so in an effort to help, I can help translate simple messages. ETA: I can start translating after June 20th, but I will stop taking requests three days before hand (i.e. Saturday July 28th).

Not sure if I'll send a letter myself, but I do have some ideas, lol ... I do love the idea of physical letters because I am terrible with most things digital.

They mean that they don't want you to, like, tape it a lot or make it almost impossible that they can't open the letters and etc. The troll letters meaning that they pose as fan letters but really inside they are just letters saying bad stuff about SCANDAL that we fans will not like.

Yes!! The time has come for me to achieve one of my personal goals! I was going to do this on my own, but i had no idea how to handle sending international letters .sweat. I will be participating! Thanks for posting this!

You can write 10 pages if you want, theres no rule against size. Just please keep the dimensions along the lines of a letter or card, and
not really huge like a "poster", so the letters can be packaged well
together.

You can type it up and then print it to be mailed or use handwriting, its up to you, but it needs to be mailed, no digital letters this time.

Check the FAQ: Yes, it's alright to write in English. I'm sure they will be able to
understand it. Just try not to construct deep sentences. And we're
international fan communities, so it's fine to write in English.

If you use slang, it will be hard for them to understand and it will only cause confusion, use regular english.

If you need help with grammar you can use google or a dictionary for that.

Yes, you can send a letter from anywhere in the world to anywhere as far as I know, the cost of this I do not know.

For this project we're doing cards/letters only because the export/import of a lot of different items could make things a bit complicated.
