Keyboard/ synthesizer in Switch

I wasn't really sure where to post this question, so I'll post it here.
Does anyone know the name of the sound on the keyboard/ synthesizer used in Switch by SCANDAL? It's that whistle kind of sound that starts around 0:16. I know its used in a bunch of other Japanese songs, and I've always wondered what the name of the sound was.

I found that sound in fruity loops synth. And the name is whistle.. Keyboard/ synthesizer in Switch 628112
I guess it's used in 'Switch' by using pitch control..
Maybe you can found it here too. (I haven't check it yet though..^_^)
