My Spurs are absolutely sucking rocks these past few days while OKC and the Clips are really setting themselves apart from the rest of the league. The Knicks dropped a surprising one at home in the return of Jeremy Lin...

I still see it being MIA-OKC in the Finals. I know a lot of teams are dramatically improving this season (LAC, NYK, MEM) but when it comes to crucial times, esp. in the playoffs, Durant/Westbrook and James/Wade/Bosh's experience will shine. They look so unfazed even in dire situations. That's their advantage over LAC, NYK, MEM (lol sorry for counting out LAL and SAS).
As usual the West is so competitive.
For the East it's just a contest bet. MIA-NYK

Spurs, OKC and the Clipps are head and shoulders above the rest of the league at the half way point. Lakers are sucking donkey balls right now. Hard. Major issues w/ that team. Houston is looking like shit recently, too. Harden and Lin are chucking up bricks left and right. Memphis is hanging around to top out the West. The east looks, decidedly, weaker than the West this year. Miami has issues as well outside of Lebron. The 82 game season is too long. I liked last year's 66 game season. Just not compressed into the short time frame that it was. Anyway, still got a ways to go to the playoffs...

Man, Spurs pull of a huge win in Chicago W/O Parker, Duncan, Ginobli and Jackson. Kawhi Leonard looks like he could be a legit go to guy. The role players played lights out...

I think the NBA All-Star Weekend is a waste of time. Just get on w/ the rest of the season already!

Wow! Same case for me man, I've also played a bit in when I was a college freshman. Need to concentrate on my academics on later years so I signed out, but I still play on community leagues...MamiXHaruna wrote:Im playing basketball when I was in highschool (varsity). All-time favorite team will be the Jordan Era Chicago Bulls, and The Run n' Gun Suns led by Steve Nash.

I used to play basketball a lot during my elementary and high school days and also watched a lot of PBA and NBA during the 90's, but now not so much anymore, hehe.

I'm always excited for basketball season! I have a strong connection with the sport. I'm actually watching the Lakers take on the Warriors right now. Not much of a game as the Warriors are dominating at the moment. I just got done watching my Magic fall to 0-2 after losing a heart-breaker to the Timberwolves. T_T

First game won by Golden State with another amazing exhibition by the Steph Curry with 35 pts I guess. I cheer for gsw win the nba title.
Today is Atlanta Hawks vs Lebron James e friends. I don't want cavs on the nba final, so my support is for Hawks on the east.

Except for the rockets (im not a hater btw), if any of the three wins, it would be a feel-good story.
Atlanta and GS finally breaks through.
Lebron finally wins one for his hometown.
