I decided to change the Normal User Rank Image. I made something smaller to accommodate a future plan for the user profile.

nope. oh so there's gonna be a different SUR image?
i quite like the older one coz it looks powerful. but i guess i should wait until the new SUR to be out before i make any decisions. thx for letting me know that there's gonna be a new design =]
