今日は
17枚目のSingle『OVER DRIVE』発売日！！
皆様、もう聴いてくれたかな？

Perfumeやきゃりーぱみゅぱみゅでお馴染みの中田ヤスタカ氏、初のバンドプロデュース曲でございます。
僕たちにとっては、バンドを始めたときの初期衝動を改めて蘇らせてくれた一曲になったな、と。
今の自分たちじゃ絶対に書けないし書かないであろう歌詞。
中田さんの目に、SCANDALはこう映っていたんだろうと思うとすごくうれしいですね！！
自分たちの中ではすごく葛藤したことや悔しかった思い出もこの曲で改めて肯定されたような気分です。全部青春だったな、と。清々しいぜ！
本当に感謝ですね！
みんなにも是非聴いて欲しい！！
サウンドもとても面白くなりました！！
バンドサウンド＋ヤスタカサウンドでちゃんと100%になってる感じ！
たまらんです。
どっちの要素もちゃんと入ってるし、本当に新しいSCANDAL。
ジャケットも全裸だし。(リリー・フランキー画伯の描き下ろし！)
カップリングは楽器弾いてないし。(古坂大魔王渾身のアッパーラップナンバー！)
いろいろやっとんな、うちら。笑
たのしいです、いまとてもたのしいです。バンドやってて良かったと毎日思います。

Today
Our 17th single 『OVER DRIVE』 is out!!
Everyone, have you already listened to it?
(((o(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)o)))
It's the first song that Yasutaka Nakata, well-known for Perfume and Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, produced for a band.
For us it's turned into a song that revived the intial impulse of when we began the band.
Lyrics that definitely couldn't have been written at other other time than the us right now.
I'm so happy that Nakata-san sees SCANDAL like that!
This song has a feeling in which it affirmates the struggles and frustrating memories among ourselves. It's all about youth. It's refreshing!
I'm so grateful!

It hits the spot.
It has both components, and it's really a new SCANDAL.
We're all nude on the jacket. (It's illustrated by Lily Franky!)
We don't play instruments on the B-side. (It's an upper rap number of Daimaou Kosaka!)
We've done a lot of things. haha
It's fun. It's so much fun right now. Every day I'm glad that we started the band.
