During the lectures at university me and my friends used to play Mario Kart on DS. I named my DS "Hasenfuß" because this is an old german word for coward, and in Mario Kart I gotta run away fast. But the system left out the "ß" and since them my friends call me Hasenfu ^^ (It even left out the "su" when I tried "Hasenfusu" in Katakana!)

Nah, just like those systems which cannot display umlauts and the like. ^^ But, at least that incident gave you a good nickname. =P

Mine comes from an old Korean legend about the monk Uisang. The story is a maybe too lengthy to type here, but in the end, Myo Hwa ends up to be the eternal protectress of Pusok-sa. And Pusok-sa is a Buddhist temple in Taebaek mountains, formed by that Uisang. I was somewhat into Son Buddhism for a time, but beside that, Myo Hwa meant something nice like 'delicate flower'. I do not know why, but I really like that name. ^^
