for me Rina;s best drumming is in their song "Doll". Rina's rhythm anyway is the
energy of the song.




she really make's heart skip a beat everytime I watch Doll's pv.
I think that Doll is her best drumming. but that's just my opinion.

shunkan and taiyo

I have been looking at Rina play during their lives, and I think she is very good IMO. Can't really decide on a favorite one, but if it's purely in the PV only, I think I like Beauteen!! and Cute!!

Why restrict this just to PVs? Let's expand this to all of her recorded work. In which case, for me Rina's best drumming is heard on..

Anata ga mawaru has a great drum pattern as well. I'm also very impressed with those rim shots on Maboroshi Night.

Rina's one hell of a drummer and she's getting better all the time.

Shunkan Sentimental and BEAUteen <<-------------- this.

Whenever I heard this two songs, I feel like headbanging LOL!
and the drumbeats here are not the simple ones.

Honestly her drumming is getting progressively better, but of course drummers rarely get the focus they deserve.

Personally, I thought the line in Shunkan is awesome, and also surprisingly enough, in Pride. Really shows her ability to set the beat and follow.

I feel Shunkan is my favourite RINA's drumming.. My second favourite would be Nanka Buttobase, even it wasn't my favourite song, RINA's drumming in Nanka is great!! I really enjoy it...

I gotta say Scandal Baby, I tried playing it and I always got mixed up with the bass and clapper pedals its really difficult. I really admire Rina for the way she plays.

There are several interviews where she claims that for her "Hello Hello" is the most difficult. She says "metcha tsurai !!" (from the behind the scenes video on the Temptation Box DVD) claiming that keeping the 8th notes going constantly on the high hat is very difficult. There is also the interview where she says she really wanted to quit but then was eventually talked out of it by the other members. She probably has worked as hard or harder at her instrument than any of the others. GO RINA!!
