Looks like a Nike Air Force 1 to me.
If it's impossible to find the same color&type as Tomo's, it could be that they only produced it in Japan.
But I did find other Nike shoes with the same color as Tomo's but not the same type. (It doesn't have the snap thing)

Yeah, I've been searching everywhere, but can't find it still.
I guess I'll have to search Japan area.

The style is Nike Mogan Mid 2. It's not a Japan-only style, but it's a discontinued style in adult sizes and is only available in child/youth sizes right now. I can actually fit into the largest youth size, so I just ordered a pair for myself.

Or, you can go to nike.com and customize a pair yourself. You can't get it exactly like TOMO's, but you can get it pretty close so that the only thing that's not the same is the color of the toe area.

Okay, now I'm wonder if she's wearing also the largest size for kids haha XD

TOMO can definitely fit into the youth sizes as well, but the largest size would be too big for her. The largest youth size is 7 = women's 9, and her feet are much smaller than that. She's a women's 6/7, equivalent to a youth 4/5.
