She's not sick. She's just referring to how "hot" or passionate their crowd was last night (she tweeted earlier about how the crowd was really pumped up). The crowds for their shows in their home town of Osaka are always very enthusiastic, after all.

I know from friends in Osaka that the locals are very proud of how well Scandal have done.
A bit like when the 'Beatles' would play concerts in Liverpool !
