Theres a trick that my old boss and co-worker showed me, they take a very powerful pill once a day, that'll keep you thin... so long as you are somewhat active through the day, if not you have to exercise before you sleep. If you don't, there was some sort of bad after effects or rapid un-natural weight gain. You can only get these at nutritional centers where its LEGAL to sell them...since most are not inspected/tested by government run health labs.

But I think Scandal have more sense than I did.

I doubt chems are in use here. The girls are still young and active and therefore their metabolism is still very high. When I was in my 20s I never watch what I eat and my weight was always 51-55kg even without any exercise.

It really is true that people in Japan on average are a lot skinnier than some other countries (like my own). I don't think it's any magic genetics or drugs, it's a significantly different diet and a lot of walking.

That is very true, Japanese diet is alot of protein, omega-3, low sodium. The way I found this info is through a funny but morbid article on the diet of cannibals of New Zealand, the old head hunter said Japanese tasted the best...Americans tasted the worst...go figure!

About how come the girls didn't gain weight although they loves to eat, could be the because they don't sleep enough, genetics, activity or energy loss to ensure body temperature. might be also caused by their diets (eating habit). But they sure need to gain some weight, Haruna, Tomomi and Rina are too skinny, Mami is a little bit better compared to them although more wight won't hurt her too.

Looks like they are getting pumped! :D
