It has come to my attention that there was no topic already on them *Gasp* .wtf.
~So I thought I'd make one for all the Busters here ^_^

Info: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
They are a Japanese Alternative Rock band who have been aroudn since 1989! Thats 21years! This year'l be the 22nd
Anywho they are Yamanaka Sawao (Vocals, Guitar), Manabe Yoshiaki (Lead guitar), Satō Shin’ichirō (Drums) and Suzuki Jun (Support Bassist since 1999, support out of respect for the former and original Bassist)

Some of yu might already recognise them as they did the OST for the anime FLCL, for me those songs are one of their best

One other reason I made this is because their new album 'Horn Again' is out on the 26th and I was wondering if anyone else was psyched about this as much as I am XD

Here's just a snippet of their pure greatness ^_^

Apologies if its a bit long, but to be fair, I think this is the least they deserve xD
Discuss away Busters~

Not a die hard fan, but Funny Bunny was the first song I heard by them (which was the first time I listened to a Japanese Band) and i liked it =D.
Ride on Shooting Star is really good as well.

haha glad there are some people who like their stuff even if they aren't huge fans ^_^
Todai is the release for Horn Again, though I'll have to wait a week and a bit for mine to arrive T_T

haha did yu like the OST? isn't it ONLY The Pillows songs? XD

If yu did I recommend yu listen to their actual albums, the OST has some real good songs but not their best ;3
Yu might like the Happy Bivouac album if yu liked the FLCL OST ^_~

My Foot was the first song I heard by them. They are a really good band with a nice distinctive sound.

Yeah, they actually had quite a lot of diversity even in their instrumentals. Swinger's Night Club is one of my favourites of those tracks.

Ride on Shooting Star is really catchy though. From that song, it introduced me into FLCL and the rest of their albums.

By the way, here's a great source of the pillow's songs: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

No matter what kind of sadness happens today, you can make your own HAPPINESS tomorrow.
It makes no difference in the number of tears,
The amount of happiness is up to you.
