From the price tag that's definitely not in Indonesia. LOL My guess would be Thailand.

I did a small Google search and I think it's an egg soup? Or instant egg soup or something?

I've never seen it here in Indonesia and the only "Otago" I've found on the internet is that one from Thailand. Maybe it's Thai's local Japanese food product or something.
