It's possible that they announced it a little too early. I remember when SCANDAL was to come here to the US back in 2011 for a convention, and they couldn't formally announce that the girls were coming until everything was finalized. When it was, the convention's and SCANDAL's official sites were updated and RINA even blogged a bit about it.

About 1 week after the Asia Tour live , The organizer told us
"SCANDAL will come back to Thailand again this year , unless something goes wrong"
at first I was "ehh Really!!? twice this year?"

Finally , the girls cleared my doubt !
Time to save money , the tickets will be on sale May 25th v^^

SCANDAL just officially announced on their site and Twitter that they are playing, and the festival site has been updated with a page on them.
