I have three piercings in my left ear. Haruna has three in her right. We could switch out and both have two ears that were equally as holey.

I don't think that's the same 'piercing' as Haruna's and Tomo's, it's only a part of the earring (If I see it correctly when I enlarge in the image) ._.)
But yeah, those aren't piercings~ I think Rina would state it in her blog if something 'eventful' like that would happen x)

Yes Rina's friend Haruna Kojima from AKB48 still wears clip-on earrings, about the only member who does.

After enlarging the image, it does appear to be a clip.

They're clip-on earrings. They're not the same ones as she's wearing in this blog post, but RINA had posted a picture of another clip-on pair on their Instagram a while back.
