Even if I know SCANDAL won't win I voted for them, they deserve it. No chance for SCANDAL to overtake BABYMETAL(don't like them), they have almost 5x the votes.

I love OOR, Babymetal and Scandal but I always vote for Scandal,  but they don't win and it's alwalys the same band every year(i think X Japan)  that wins. Well at least for the past two years

Things like this need to allow a first, second, and third place vote from each voter, and have each placement weighted.

I like Band-Maid very much, but this was still a no-brainer for me.  I voted Scandal.
