This has been a banner day.

My work contract has a "use it or lose it" clause, where you can't accrue more than two years' worth of vacation. H.R. (human resources) contacts you, and tells you to use so many hours within the next two pay periods, or you lose it.

Long weekend it is! Slept in, fed the critters, cleaned up. Thought about a hundred things I probably should be doing. Did a couple minor chores until lunch time.

Well, I fired up SCANDAL's debut album, and that was it! After the second time through, I went for their music video collection "Video Action". Went through that twice, went back and cranked the H-E-double-hockey-sticks out of their debut album all over again! Got about seven or eight brews in me now, and kinda hoping I don't kill another amp or speaker(s) today.

I've played that album until I can hear it in my sleep, and it just gets better! I really like their "Greatest Hits", "Honey", and (who are we kidding), everything else they've done, but I keep defaulting to the original. Am I hooked, or what?

You're hooked. LoL Well, I think their debut album is one of the best they have, if not the best. Personally, I like all the songs and will not skip any of them most of the time. The album's name fits. Best SCANDAL.

Big fan of their debut album, too. And that First Best Live 2009 (or whatever its called) DVD is killer. I'd give birth to baby Hitler just to be able to go back and be in that crowd.

Check them out, I highly recommend it. They are a fusion band of traditional Korean instruments and jazz. 

I found out this band while watching videos of their bassist H.J.Freaks, heres a link to his YouTube channel. I would say check out his channel too, he is a really great player, but be aware, it's a little werid.
