I hope everyone is enjoying "Kiss from the darkness"! I really liked the album and there are songs that i repeat many times, haha. One of those songs is "Tsuki", and i couldn't resist the temptation to learn the song and make a cover. So, if you enjoyed the song as me, i hope you could enjoy my version too

Hey everybody,

One good thing about this quarantine is that I get to play with my favorite toys :metal:
I recorded a cover of the band's Take Me Out, I found it to be one the jumpier songs and it's so fun to play. 
All of the instruments on this video were recorded by me, luckily since there's an official instrumental track I was able to pull the Vocals with minimal interference.

unfortunately Sony doesn't like the fact I used the original tracks so as far as I know the video is blocked in Japan

tabs are easy to find, and are practically all over YouTube, that's where I got most of it from.

Probably they are not SH members. This is also a band, but not so popular as SCANDAL. I just thought it was interesting, and did not find another suitable topic.

Probably they are not SH members. This is also a band, but not so popular as SCANDAL. I just thought it was interesting, and did not find another suitable topic.

It might be fun though, to have a thread devoted to other bands who have covered SCANDAL songs. (or maybe there is already sucha thread ay SH?) I've collected quite a few myself—incl. Japanese, Chinese, Indonesian, mostly all female bands. It's quite inspiring to see how many musicians continue to take inspiration from them!

I was about to suggest to open another thread in this group but pedantically it's under SCANDAL Chords and Tabs, so it might not really be the correct place.

hi everyone, hope you're all doing good :3

back in mid-July to mid-August, i've shot 25 videos, most of those being Scandal covers. i've already shared 3 of my covers, 2 of them to accompany tabs i've made, and the other one in my introduction post. i post something here to share a few of my covers, in case you're interested on seeing them ~

until i have no video anymore on my computer (that is to say around mid-January), i'll be posting those 25 videos weekly, each Saturday at 4PM UTC+2. i think it would be considered as spam if i linked here each of my Scandal covers everytime i post one, so i'm just leaving a link here of the latest one and will link the next one here ! next week will be a Band-Maid cover, then a few others Scandal covers will be uploaded the following weeks ~

Hi there !

Since June 2020, I've posted 24 SCANDAL guitar covers on my YouTube channel, and since the 1st August, to the rhythm of one video per week, every Saturday at 4pm (French time). I had also posted 1 the GazettE cover and 5 BAND-MAID covers. As I'm not into studies anymore at the moment, it was important for me to keep that weekly rhythm, as a sort of ritual. I posted my cover of Ceramic Blue few hours ago. It'll be my last SCANDAL cover, until I learn and master another song at least ~. Then, I'll have a last cover for next week !

I try to express the joy that I feel listening and playing the music I love in my videos, so I hope you will be able to feel it too ^-^
