Do you know of any sites like these (small encodes I mean) for JDrama? The only one I know of is in the Nihonomaru forums (drama episodes are around 120mb each) but there's only a few titles available.

normal just type in Watch (anime name) and a good site will pop up. That is how I found sites for bleach, yu yu hakusho, and outlaw star.

i tend to just download current anime. Most subbers release in HD with soft-subs, which is always nice to have.

http://pspiso.com has a lot of anime episodes too, but I often download anime episodes off torrents.

Will look at some of the links that were posted earlier, as only watching what my friend gave me (things like Haruhi and Kanon) and Naruto start to lack variety in my anime repertoire. But I am currently using narutoget.com for Naruto; they always have the newest episode English subbed by Thursday.
