They do, I bought Mikuni Shimokawa's ticket online back in August via my debit Visa on their online ticketing system.

This is a Anisong concert, not a solo concert by SCANDAL, that is why other artistes will be performing with the girls. Just like the Animax Musix Spring/Fall or Animelo.

If you like Anisongs in general, this lineup is pretty good already.

Who knows, maybe if the response is good, there maybe a solo concert by SCANDAL in this region in the near future, like how May'n did this March.
