It should be there when it approaches the sale hours, just remember to create an account with them if you haven't. . .

Regarding the connection timeout after transactions, the transactions had gone through & buyers will not need to repurchase the tickets. It will be updated automatically into the database when the database load went down. Targeted time for the transactions to be updated is around afternoon... when the database load goes down & the buyers will be able to see the transactions on our website.
