The Pride PV and song was alright. I actually prefer the sound of the song Emotion over Pride, but that's just me. I see the video CUTE! as a way to prove how versatile the girls are when it comes to changing looks/style. They can be really adorable and bubbly and maintain their pop-rock image at the same time.

Thanks for the find! I wasn't in love with the PV, but the song itself is awesome. Man, these girls churn out double and triple A side singles all the time!

LOVE THIS PV SO MUCH. Very simple, but very cool and different. It has the essence of SCANDAL's rock. The girls showing their PRIDE is really awesome!

The video reminded me a bit of both "DOLL" and "TaiKimi", with the pink and white backgrounds and the four of them just playing along to the song. Quite simple. Yet once the video starts, your eyes are glued to the screen.

Can't wait for the single's release next week. :)

I checked the PRIDE on YesAsia.com, it seems they only carry a normal version. Do they sell a DVD version with the PV? if not, how do we get a hold of the PVs and Making of DVD?

I think there is no LE, or it would be available on YesAsia and CDJapan among others. Whoever mentioned an LE (TokyoHive I think?) was probably mistaken. They may have confused the first press edition with a limited edition.

As far as the PVs and making of, they aren't always available with a single. But it's possible that they'll be on a CD+DVD version of the next album. Just like the CD+DVD version of Best Scandal has a whole bunch of PVs, and a few making of videos. We can hope!

This PV is the first video I've seen (including the live DVD/videos) that starts to capture the awesome way Tomomi grooves while she plays. It juuuust starts to peek through at 0:47-0:49.

I just think where the lyrics jump out at you randomly a bit annoying .ehem.

Back to topic, have to say I didn't really like this PV as much as others. The shots were boring and not very dynamic compared to the killer shots in Shunkan, and it was generally not as interesting or aesthetically pleasing. Kind of amateurish and tacky too. Sorry! But i still love the song, I just expected something along the lines of Shunkan or Nanka as the songs have similar epic feel. ^_^

No... A.T. directed both "Tears of Regret" and "Shunkan Sentimental" vids.
Both of those have a very cinematic feel to them and captured the song very well.
UGCHIN was the director of the Sakura vid, which to this day I believe holds up against anything else they've done. IMHO it was just ahead of it's time period.

I believe it's the lyrics. I can barely read any Japanese at all but if you listen to the end of the line and look at the last couple of hiragana in the text they match up.
