You're most likely better at Japanese than I am though. I haven't even started studying how to read Hiragana T_T I have presentations and exams this week and next week

Maeda Atsuko took the crown while last year's crown holder Yuko Oshima came second.

Sorry for the very late reply, I didn't manage to attend their 15th May concert but I'll try to attend one ASAP!^^ According to numerous sources, their concerts seem to be quite successful here in Singapore:D

It has been full ever since the first one on the 15th May. Even the SDN48's concert last night was full as well!

This weekend will be the SG Theatre's 4th stage!

Plus the AKB48 SG cafe will be having a soft launch as well!

Once I saw Happy Rotation I'm officially not a fan of them.... girls dancing and playing in corsets and long stockings just put me off... >_> I know that their popular but I seem to not like them yet....

That is just a gimmick, there is more to it than just seeing them in PVs donning corsets/bikinis.

I do admit the PV is >.> when I saw it the first time, but the LIVE version of HEAVY ROTATION is simply WOW!

The variety shows that they appear in are LOL but in a way show a different sides of them.

There are several 'live' versions of 'Heavy rotation' on 'Youtube' which are ideal for people who find female nudity offensive, if you grew up in the west you get used to it from an early age, but I am not saying that makes it OK !

The dance steps are really complicated for 'Heavy rotation' !
Not that I have tried it, honest !

I have seen the AX 2011 version of HEAVY ROTATION, man, the girls are really good at maintaining such high tempo dance steps for the whole duration of the song!

Sae Miyazawa is amazing, she and Sayaka Akimoto dress as guys a lot but they still look really hot !

Ahh, AKB48.. honestly, when I first saw this group I never thought I would become a fan of them. but then yeah.. their songs slowly grew on me and after watching sakura karano tegami, majisuka gakuen 1/2 and akbingo!!, I've really grown to like them a lot.
