I encountered these for the first time the other day♪
By Jiyuugaoka's SPOON BREAD cafe employees(*´ω`*)
Incidentally, it seems like this shop is the first in Japan to have popovers!
Fluffy and crispy, you can enjoy all kinds of textures with just one, ＆ it expands just by the strength of an egg!
Though I didn't use butter
Putting salt on it was goodー(^～^)
