It's starting in 40 minutes! You can watch live without a Niconico account (link in first post), but with an account you can reserve a "timeshift" that allows you to watch it once within one week after the live broadcast ends, at whatever time you want.

I'll try to catch as much of the live broadcast as I can, but I signed up for the timeshift because I should go to bed soon...
