If I were Haruna or Mami, no one else would be touching anything but my scrap guitars

according to Google (again) - mecha (めちゃ）means 'very' in the Kansai dialect (w/ the girls being from Osaka and all). eg mecha kawaii, mecha oishii etc. in Tokyo, chou is used. same context.
looking at the full translation, still doesn't make sense to me, though (very very type? prolly she means that the amp was the very exact type... i dunno). hahaha. anyone?
