I am just thinking about what we can do after and before the show... 

When do you guys arrive in Essen? (Perhaps planning also something before the show)
How long will the concert goes? 
How many people are we at the moment? 
Do you prefer hanging out somewhere and having foods and drinks or going out somewhere to party? 
Are we all over 18? =)

Answering for my US group.

-We are arriving on April 29th, the day before the concert.
-The concert will be probably end anywhere from 9-10 pm.
-Hanging out and having food/drinks sounds the best to us!
-Yes, we're all over 18.


Counting the people who have replied so far in this thread + my 4-5 person US group, it looks like there's about 9 of us right now.

My train arrived on 30.4.2015 at 14.00  at Essen Main Station,then a 20  min walk to the Hotel .
The next day the train started at  10.15 at the Essen Main Station to my way home.
I am so exited to see and hear the Girls live .

I don’t know when I will arrive in Essen but I think it will be after lunchtime by car. The problem is I bought 2 VIP tickets one for me and one for my friend. On the next day my friend said it was just a joke and he won’t come with me so I maybe have one ticket over. I would like to ask someone from my Japanese class if she would like to join. But I see her not until April 16^th to ask her.
 
If I come alone eating and drinking would be fine but I don’t drink alcohol and yes I am over 18 years old.

For the moment I don't know if I will be able to come to Essen live but as soon as I will know, I will buy my ticket. I'm just sad that I have to buy regular ticket so if anyone have an extra vip ticket, I'm open to get it !! :D

If I join you, I'll arrive around noon or late morning. I'll try to get the first train from Paris, and I think I will stay untill sunday. So if you guys are still in Germany, can I join you as I don't speak german at all and I've never been to Germany too lol

Babaloued, perhaps you can ask Tombery if he would sell you his second VIP ticket.

As you still do not know it yet and Tombery will meet his friend in late April, I think it would be great then. You both would be happy when Babaloued could have a VIP ticket and Tombery could sell his second ticket.

Hey, I'm going to buy tickets train for Essen live this weekend and I wonder who will be there and how long (in Essen) ? I don't know if there is something interesting to do in this town but I would like to visit a little bit Germany as it is going to be my first time :D. I just have to go back to France for work Monday ! lol
I would know if you guys plan to leave Essen or not after live. If you don't mind, I would like to follow you, don't want to be alone, but I have to know first before book accomodations.
Btw, if you know accomodation close to the venue/station (I saw both are really close)

To all remember that the day  after the Show  (1 May day of work) is an official holiday .
All stores are closed.
I´ll  went to Essen at thursday and go back home  early the next day .

Unfortunately I could not find any interesting bars/pubs where we can come together because there are so many of them + I do not know Essen.

I would say after the live we just go and find a nice place where we can have drinks and foods.

What would you say?

For the meet up after the live, we can try what you have proposed.

i think we will find a good place to hang out there dont worry about it. i´ve never been in essen before as well so let´s just meet up at a pretty good point near the concert or something...?!

For me it is good. 

Guiltyeyes, is there a way for you to make a gathering after the performance, as you are the only female here and so you are our special one

I still haven't care about Essen because I don't want to think about going home but soon my departure from Japan is near. So I also need to find a place to stay for one night but it shouldn't be a problem.

The only problem is that i'm not 18 yet (17 and 8 months lol).
I will arrive on April 29th and I will stay in a hotel called "Essen City Suites", just next to Weststadhalle and I will head back to France on May 1st.

We'll be arriving on the same day, cause Essen is not too far away for us, but we'll stay there for the night.

I'd like to join you guys too, if possible. I'll be coming from Köln with a train, I haven't sorted the details out just yet but I am planning to arrive in Essen around noon. Although I am not going stay there over night and will be going back home that day because I am visiting my family in Germany for a month, and all the flight cost coming from Canada make it impossible to afford a hotel on top of that. 

But I'd really like to meet some SH people finally

Also, does anyone know when the girls will arrive and if anyone is planning to greet them at the airport? Unless they just go by train haha :p
