They aren't supposed to be mutally related to each other. It isn't supposed to mean that your regularity is the cause of waking you up; it's supposed to mean that it will improve your regularity AND will wake you up.

do you have to mix that thing with water or you drink it as it comes? 'cause 65 bucks for a single bottle its just too much (at least in Argentina)

Dont worry, its expensive everywhere, 6500 yen for 9oz comes out to 722 yen per ounce. I was wondering myself if this is some kind of sponsored content but didnt really want to get into that kind of discussion in the forums to be honest lol
